Haemorrhoids

Haemorrhoids, also known as piles are rather like varicose veins in the canal of the anus. Haemorrhoids ، المعروف ايضا باسم اكوام انما هي مثل دوالي الاورده في القناة من فتحة الشرج. Here, just under the mucous membrane inner lining, is a considerable network of veins extending upwards for an inch or so from the level of the skin to just above the anal canal, where it joins the rectum. هنا ، فقط تحت الاغشيه المخاطيه البطانه الداخلية ، هي شبكة كبيرة من الاورده صعودا لتمديد قيد انملة او نحو ذلك من مستوى الجلد لفوق قناة الشرج ، حيث ينضم الى المستقيم. When the veins of this network become swollen with blood, haemorrhoids occur. عندما عروق هذه الشبكه تصبح منتفخه مع الدم ، وتحدث haemorrhoids.

The vein swelling can affect the part of the network just above the anal canal, where it is less well supported by the muscular ring (sphincter), and this causes internal haemorrhoids. وقد تورم المنوال يمكن ان تؤثر على جزء من الشبكه فوق قناة الشرج ، حيث يكون اقل بدعم من العضلات الداءريه (المصره) ، وذلك لأسباب داخلية haemorrhoids. Or it may affect the veins at the lower end of the canal, just under the skin, causing external haemorrhoids. او انها قد تؤثر على شرايين في الطرف الأدنى من القناة ، فقط تحت الجلد ، مما تسبب في الخارجية haemorrhoids. Some people have both. بعض الناس على حد سواء.

Haemorrhoids are a common problem and affect around 50% of people at some time in their life.  Although uncomfortable and embarrassing, it is not normally a serious condition. Haemorrhoids هى مشكلة مشتركة ويؤثر على حوالى 50 ٪ من الناس في وقت ما في حياتهم. محرجه وغير مريحه على الرغم من انه ليس من عادة حالة خطيرة.
