If you wish to view your medical records, you should apply in writing to the holder of the record with proof of your identity. اذا كنت ترغب في الاطلاع على السجلات الطبية الخاصة بك ، يجب ان تطبق في كتابة الى صاحب السجل مع اثبات هويتك.
