Routine tests اختبارات روتينيه

Babies can respond to sights and sounds from an early age. الاطفال يمكن ان تستجيب للأصوات ومشاهد من سن مبكره. Midwives and hospital staff carry out a number of tests on every newborn baby. والقابلات والعاملين في المستشفيات اجراء عدد من التجارب على كل مولود جديد. These tests help find any problems that a child is born with. هذه التجارب تساعد في العثور على أي من المشاكل التي يولد طفل. These include genetic (inherited) conditions such as being born with cataracts, or the results of any infections caught by the mother during pregnancy. وتشمل هذه الجينيه (الموروثه) مثل الظروف التي ولدت مع والساد ، او نتائج اي اصابات اشتعلت بها الام اثناء الحمل. Premature babies are more likely to have early problems with their hearing and sight, such as crossed eyes or a squint. من السابق لاوانه الاطفال اكثر من المحتمل ان يكون لها مشاكل في وقت مبكر مع السمع والأبصار ، مثل العيون او عبرت الحول. Additional tests اختبارات اضافية

Eye tests are free to children up to the age of 16. العين التجارب الحرة للأطفال حتى سن 16 سنة. It’s worth taking advantage of this for regular eye checks at your optician, even if you and your child are not aware of any particular sight problem. Hearing tests should be given after certain conditions that can cause hearing loss. الأستماع ألى تجارب وينبغي ايلاء بعد شروط معينة يمكن ان يسبب فقدان جلسة الاستماع. These include: وهي تشمل ما يلي :

• Bacterial meningitis, التهاب السحايا الجرثومي ،
• Prolonged treatment with ototoxic drugs (drugs that can cause hearing loss, such as certain antibiotics or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, if given in particular situations or doses), العلاج المطول مع ototoxic المخدرات (المخدرات التي يمكن ان تتسبب في خسارة جلسة الاستماع ، مثل بعض المضادات الحيويه او غير steroidal مكافحة المخدرات التحريضيه ، إذا اعطيت في جرعات او حالات معينة) ،

You should always visit your GP for initial tests if you are worried about your child’s hearing or vision. وعليك دائما لزيارة طبيبك العمومي الاختبارات الاولية اذا انت قلق حول وضعك childâ € ™ ق جلسة الاستماع او الرءيه.
