Treatment of Heart attack معالجة قلبية

If there is no breathing, coughing, movement, or response to stimulation (being touched or spoken to) immediate lifesaving treatment with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) must be started. واذا لم يكن هناك في التنفس ، السعال ، الحركة ، او استجابة لتحفيز (يجري تطرق او تحدث الى (إنقاذ فورية لعلاج انعاش القلب والرءه (الممثلين الدائمين) يجب ان تكون بدأت.

CPR consists of giving 15 chest compressions to massage the heart for every two mouth-to-mouth resuscitation breaths. وتتكون من الممثلين الدائمين اعطاء الضغوط على صدره 15 تدليك القلب لكل سنتين الفم للفم الانفاس.

An ambulance crew or doctor arriving at the scene will give oxygen through a mask or nose tubes to increase the amount reaching the heart. طاقم سيارة الاسعاف او الطبيب في وصوله الى مكان الحادث وسوف تعطى قناع الاوكسجين من خلال انابيب او الانف لزيادة كمية تصل الى القلب. They will also give a pain-relieving injection, and sometimes a diuretic injection to reduce fluid build-up in the lungs if this is a problem. كما انها تعطي الحقن تخفيف الألم ، واحيانا مدرر الحقن للحد من تراكم السوائل في الرئتين اذا كان هذا هو المشكلة.

If the heart has stopped, the medical team at the scene or in hospital will try to restart the heart with a device called a defibrillator. واذا توقف القلب ، والفريق الطبي في مكان الحادث او في المستشفى لمحاولة اعادة القلب مع جهاز يسمى الرجفان. This sends an electric shock across the chest, kick-starting the heart to beat again.  Simple automatic defibrillators are becoming increasingly common in public places. وهذا يوجه صدمة كهرباءيه عبر الصدر ، ابتداء من ركلة - القلب للفازت مرة أخرى. Defibrillators بسيطة تلقاءيه نحو متزايد في الاماكن العامة.

Clot-busting injections are now routinely used in hospital. جلطه انتهاك حقنا الآن تستخدم عادة في المستشفى. These dissolve the clot in the heart artery and allow the damaged heart muscle to recover, sometimes completely. حل هذه جلطه في القلب والشرايين التالفه السماح لاسترداد عضلة القلب ، في بعض الاحيان تماما. They must be given within 24 hours at the most. ويجب ان توفر في غضون 24 ساعة على الاكثر. Because the heart rhythm may become temporarily abnormal as it recovers, this treatment is best given when the heart rhythm can be continuously monitored on an electrocardiogram (ECG). لأن ضربات القلب بصورة مؤقته قد تصبح غير عادية لأنه يسترد ، وهذا العلاج نظرا لافضل عندما ضربات القلب يمكن ان ترصد باستمرار على رسم القلب (ecg). This can be done in an ambulance or in hospital. ويمكن ان يتم ذلك في سيارة اسعاف او في المستشفى.

Aspirin reduces the stickiness of blood. الأسبرين يقلل من اللزوجه في الدم. 300 milligrams given immediately as a tablet reduces the risk of further damage from new clots. وبالنظر الى 300 ملليغرامات على الفور بوصفه قرص يقلل من خطر الحاق مزيد من الضرر جديدة من الجلطات.

In a straightforward recovery it is normal to be home within a week or less. انتعاش بسيط في انه امر طبيعي ان تكون الصفحه الاولى في غضون اسبوع واحد أو أقل. Work can be restarted 4-12 weeks after the MI, depending on the level of physical exertion involved with the job. يمكن ان يكون العمل من جديد بعد 4-12 اسابيع المعلومات الاداريه ، ويتوقف ذلك على المستوى البدني ممارسة المشاركة في العمل. Driving can restart after one month, but DVLA and insurance company must be informed of the MI as soon as possible. القيادة يمكن استئناف النشاط بعد شهر واحد ، ولكن dvla وشركة التأمين يجب ان يكون على علم المعلومات الاداريه في اقرب وقت ممكن.

Exercise-based cardiac rehabilitation programmes reduce the risk of future problems and help the return to a normal life. - ممارسة القلب وبرامج اعادة التأهيل القائمة على الحد من مخاطر في المستقبل المشاكل والمساعدة على العودة الى الحياة الطبيعيه. These usually start 6 weeks after the MI. وهذه عادة ما تبدأ بعد 6 اسابيع مي.
