Hepatitis B التهاب الكبد الوبائي (ب)
Hepatitis B is a virus spread through the blood and bodily fluids of an infected person. التهاب الكبد الوبائي (ب) هو انتشار الفيروس عن طريق الدم والسوائل الجسديه للشخص مصاب. Many people do not realise they have been infected with the virus, because symptoms may not develop immediately, or at all. الكثير من الناس لا يدركون انهم قد اصيبوا بالفيروس ، لأن الأعراض قد لا تضع على الفور ، أو على الاطلاق.
The hepatitis B virus can then go on to cause a chronic (long-term) illness, which follows the acute infection. فيروس التهاب الكبد (ب) ويمكن بعد ذلك الانتقال الى قضية مزمنه (طويلة الاجل) المرض ، والذي يتبع الاصابة الحادة. This is very common if babies or children contract the virus, but can also occur in adults. هذا هو امر منتشر جدا فى حالة الاطفال الرضع او العقد الفيروس ، ولكن يمكن ان تحدث ايضا في البالغين.
If you develop chronic hepatitis B, you may remain well, but you can pass on the virus (you’re a carrier). اذا كنت تطوير المزمنه والتهاب الكبد ب ، يمكنك ان تبقى ايضا ، ولكن هل يمكن ان ينقلوا الفيروس (youâ € ™ اعادة الناقل). Symptoms may come and go, or you may develop serious liver damage. الاعراض قد تأتي وتذهب ، او يمكنك تطوير اضرار خطيرة في الكبد.
There are approximately 2000 million people infected and 300 million carriers of the virus, worldwide. وهناك ما يقرب من 2000 مليون شخص مصاب و 300 مليون دولار الناقلين للفيروس ، في جميع انحاء العالم.
The virus is present in body fluids such as blood, saliva, semen and vaginal fluid. هذا الفيروس في سوائل الجسم مثل الدم ، اللعاب ، المنى والسوائل المهبليه. It can be passed from person to person, through unprotected sex (without using a condom) and sharing needles to inject drugs. ويمكن ان تنتقل من شخص الى آخر ، من خلال ممارسة الجنس دون وقايه (بدون استخدام الواقي الذكري) وتقاسم الابر لحقن المخدرات.
Infected mothers can also transmit the virus to their baby during the delivery process (often without the woman being aware that she is infected). ويمكن ايضا ان الامهات المصابات ينقل الفيروس الى اطفالهن اثناء عملية التسليم (وكثيرا ما يجري دون أن تدرك المراه انها مصابة).
The incubation period (ie the time from coming into contact with the virus to developing the infection) is between one and six months. فترة الحضانه (أي وقت من القدوم الى تماس مع الفيروس لتطوير العدوي) ما بين عام واحد وستة اشهر.
There is a blood test to detect the virus. وثمة اختبار الدم للكشف عن الفيروس. There is also a vaccine to protect you against hepatitis B. The occurrence of chronic Hepatitis B virus infection is highest in the sub Saharan Africa, south east Asia, the eastern Mediterranean and relatively low in Australia, New Zealand, northern and western Europe and North America. كما ان هناك لقاح لحمايتك ضد التهاب الكبد باء التهاب الكبد المزمن وقوع الاصابة بالفيروس ب اعلى مستوى له في افريقيا جنوب الصحراء ، وجنوب شرق آسيا ، شرق البحر الابيض المتوسط والمنخفض نسبيا في استراليا ونيوزيلندا واوروبا الشمالية والغربية والشمالية الامريكية.
