Indigestion عسر الهضم

Indigestion is when you feel uncomfortable or have pain after eating. عسر الهضم هو عندما كنت تشعر بالانزعاج أو الألم وبعد ان يفرغ منها. The medical name for indigestion is dyspepsia. الاسم الطبي لعسر الهضم هو سوء الهضم. Indigestion is very common and most people have it from time to time. عسر الهضم جدا المشتركة ومعظم الناس من وقت لآخر. For some people it’s very mild and occasional and may only happen after a large meal or particularly rich food. بالنسبة لبعض الناس itâ € ™ ق جدا وخفيفة وأحيانا قد يحدث إلا بعد تناول وجبة او كبير وخاصة الاغذيه الغنيه. For others, it is very painful, and sometimes feels as if you are having a heart attack. بالنسبة لآخرين ، ومن المؤلم جدا ، وتشعر في بعض الاحيان كما لو كنت وبعد ازمة قلبية.

Indigestion isn’ta disease or condition, but a collection of symptoms. عسر الهضم isnâ € ™ تا المرض او شرط ، وانما مجموعة من الاعراض. The main symptom is pain is the chest, which is often called heartburn. ومن اهم اعراض الالم في الصدر ، والتي غالبا ما تسمى الحموضه المعويه. Feeling bloated, uncomfortably full or having a lot of wind (burping) are other symptoms. شعور bloated ، كاملة أو بشكل غير مريح لها الكثير من الرياح (التجشؤ) هي الاعراض الاخرى.

Indigestion can sometimes be a sign of a condition affecting the digestive system. عسر الهضم في بعض الاحيان يمكن ان يكون علامة شرطا التي تؤثر على الجهاز الهضمي. If you get indigestion a lot, it is particularly painful, or you suddenly start getting it after never having it before, you should see your GP. اذا كنت احصل على عسر هضم الكثير ، ومن المؤلم ، أو أنك تبدأ فجاه وبعد الحصول على انه بعد ان ابدا من قبل ، يجب ان ترى طبيبك العمومي.
