Intensive care العنايه المركزه
Intensive care units (ICU), also known as critical care units, are located in hospitals and provide treatment and monitoring for people who are in a critically ill or unstable condition. وحدات العنايه المركزه (icu) ، المعروف ايضا باسم وحدات رعايه الحالات الحرجه ، وتقع فى المستشفيات وتقديم العلاج ، ورصد للشعب من هم في حالة صحيه حرجة او حالة غير مستقرة.
ICUs receive patients from: other hospital wards, high dependency units, direct from surgery or surgical wards, and from accident and emergency departments. Icus استقبال المرضى من : اجنحه المستشفيات الأخرى ، وارتفاع الاعتماد على وحدات ، مباشرة من جراحة او اجنحه الجراحه ، ومن الحوادث والطوارئ الادارات. ICU beds are a very expensive and limited resource because they provide specialised monitoring equipment and constant access to highly trained nurses (usually one per bed) and medical expertise. Icu الاسرة هي مكلفه جدا ومحدودة الموارد المتخصصه لأنها توفر معدات الرصد المستمر والوصول الى درجة عالية من التدريب وممرضات (فى العادة واحد لكل سرير) والخبرة الطبية.
Some ICU’s are attached to units treating specific conditions such as heart, kidney, liver, breathing, circulation, or nervous disorders. بعض icuâ € ™ ق المرفقه إلى وحدات معالجة شروط معينة مثل القلب والكلى والكبد ، والتنفس ، وتداولها ، او الاضطرابات العصبيه. Others specialise in the care of babies (neonatal), children (paediatrics) or deal with severe injury or trauma. آخرون متخصصون في مجال رعايه الاطفال (حديثي الولادة) والاطفال (طب الاطفال) او التعامل مع الاصابة او الصدمه الشديدة.
Being in an ICU may be a daunting experience both for the patient and their friends and family. ويجري في icu يمكن ان تكون تجربة رهيبه على حد سواء للمريض والأصدقاء والأسرة. Most patients will appear to be asleep due to drugs to make them drowsy (sedatives) and to kill pain (analgesics), and are usually connected to life support equipment by a number of tubes, wires and cables. ويبدو ان معظم المرضى سوف تكون نائما بسبب المخدرات لجعلها نعسان (المسكنات) وعلى قتل الألم (المسكنات) ، وعادة ما تكون مرتبطة الحياة معدات للدعم من جانب عدد من الأنابيب ، الاسلاك والكابلات. People in ICU may also look slightly swollen. There are also unfamiliar noises such as alarms and bleeps which help the nurse to monitor the patient.
