Irritable bowel syndrome متلازمه الامعاء سريع الانفعال
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a chronic disorder, featuring recurrent abdominal pain and intermittent diarrhoea, often alternating with constipation. There is normally no obvious cause. متلازمه الامعاء سريع الانفعال (الرابطه) هو اضطراب مزمن ، عرض المتكررة متقطعه والم في البطن والاسهال والامساك بالتناوب مع كثير من الاحيان. عادة لا يوجد سبب واضح.
This disorder most commonly affects people between the ages of 20 and 30 and is twice as common in women as in men. هذا الاضطراب الاكثر شيوعا يؤثر على الاشخاص الذين تتراوح اعمارهم بين 20 و 30 ومرتين كما هو شائع في النساء كما في الرجال. The syndrome can be divided into four types depending on which is the main symptom - abdominal pain, diarrhoea, constipation or diarrhoea alternating with constipation. المتلازمه يمكن ان تنقسم الى اربعة انواع تبعا التي هي الأعراض الرئيسية -- الم في البطن والاسهال والامساك او الاسهال بالتناوب مع الإمساك. IBS is known by a variety of other terms: spastic colon, spastic colitis, mucous colitis, nervous diarrhoea, nervous colon and nervous or functional bowel. الرابطه هو معروف من جانب مجموعة متنوعة من شروط اخرى : spastic القولون ، spastic التهاب القولون ، والتهاب القولون والاغشيه المخاطيه ، والاسهال والجهاز العصبي ، والقولون العصبي والامعاء عصبي او وظيفيه. Some of these names misrepresent the condition. وبعض هذه الاسماء غير صحيحة شرط.
The syndrome is not the same as Ulcerative Colitis. المتلازمه غير ما تقرحي التهاب القولون. Colitis is an inflammation of the colon, whereas in IBS, the colon is not inflamed. التهاب القولون هو التهاب القولون ، في حين انه في الرابطه ، القولون لا الملتهبه.
IBS is very common and is present in perhaps 60% of patients that see a specialist in gastroenterology. الرابطه هو امر منتشر جدا وربما يكون موجودا في 60 ٪ من المرضى ان انظر متخصص في معدة والامعاء.
The incidence (frequency) of the condition in the general population is estimated to lie somewhere between 10 and 20 per cent. الاصابة (التواتر) للشرط في اوساط السكان بوجه عام وتشير التقديرات الى ان تقع ما بين 10 و 20 فى المائة. The true incidence may be higher than this, because it is thought that many people with IBS symptoms do not seek medical advice. الاصابة الحقيقي قد يكون اعلى من ذلك بكثير ، لانه يعتقد ان الكثير من الناس مع الرابطه الأعراض لا على التماس المشوره الطبية.
