Causes of Lactose intolerance أسباب التعصب اللاكتوز

Lactose intolerance usually develops slowly over time. اللاكتوز التعصب وعادة ما يتطور ببطء مع مرور الوقت. As some children grow, their body begins to produce less lactase, but symptoms of lactose intolerance may not appear until adulthood. كما ان بعض الاطفال تنمو ، ويبدأ الجسم على انتاج اقل lactase ، ولكن إعراض اللاكتوز التعصب قد لا تظهر حتى سن الرشد. The exact cause is not known. السبب الدقيق غير معروف.

In other cases, injuries (eg post- infective diarrhoea) to the mucus membrane of the small intestine can cause a temporary problem in producing lactase. وفي حالات اخرى ، والاصابات (مثل الاسهال المعديه في مرحلة ما بعد) الى مخاط غشاء من الامعاء الصغيرة يمكن ان تسبب مشكلة مؤقتة فى انتاج lactase. Also digestive diseases of the small intestine (eg ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease) can cause lactose intolerance. أمراض الجهاز الهضمي ايضا من الامعاء الصغيرة (مثل التهاب القولون وتقرحي crohn 'sالمرض) يمكن ان يسبب اللاكتوز التعصب.

Very rarely a baby is born without the ability to produce lactase. نادرا جدا ما يولد طفل من دون القدرة على انتاج lactase.
