Laparoscopy

Laparoscopy is a diagnostic procedure that doctors use to look inside the abdomen. Laparoscopy هو تشخيص الاطباء استخدام الاجراء ان ننظر الى داخل البطن. It can help them to identify a range of conditions, including appendicitis and ovarian cysts. ويمكن مساعدتهم على تحديد مجموعة من الظروف ، بما في المبيض التهاب الزاءده الدوديه والخراجات.

A small cut (incision) is made in the abdominal wall and a laparoscope is passed through it into the abdomen. قطع صغيرة (الشق) التي ادلى بها في جدار البطن وlaparoscope تمر الى بطنه. A laparoscope is a thin, bendy microscope with a light on the end. أ laparoscope هي رقيقة ، bendy المجهر مع الضوء على الغاية. It can be used to look at the abdominal organs, take tissue samples (biopsy) and even carry out small operations (this is known as keyhole surgery). ويمكن ان يتم ذلك للنظر في البطن الاجهزه ، تأخذ عينات الانسجه (خزعه) وحتى اجراء العمليات الصغيرة (وهو ما يعرف جراحة ثقب المفتاح). The images seen by the laparoscope are played on a television monitor so that doctors and nurses can see what’s happening in real time. الصور التي ينظر اليها من قبل laparoscope هي لعبته على جهاز بث تليفزيونى حتى أن الأطباء والممرضات يمكن ان نرى whatâ € ™ ق يحدث في الوقت الحقيقي.

You may need to have a laparoscopy to investigate symptoms such as abdominal pain, pelvic pain, or swelling in this area. قد تحتاج الى ان يكون التحقيق في laparoscopy اعراض مثل الم في البطن وآلام الحوض ، او تورم في هذا المجال. Sometimes it’s performed if a previous test, such as an X-ray or scan, has found a problem in the abdomen or pelvis. في بعض الاحيان itâ € ™ ق ادائها اذا كان الاختبار السابق ، مثل الاشعه السينيه او المسح الضوئي ، وقد وجدت مشكلة في البطن او الحوض.

Laparoscopy may also be used to help surgeons see what they are doing if they need to perform open surgery. Laparoscopy ويمكن ايضا ان تستخدم لمساعدة الجراحين انظر ماذا يفعلون اذا كانت الحاجة الى اداء عملية جراحية مفتوحة. This is sometimes necessary for the removal of the gall bladder or appendix. هذا من الضروري في بعض الاحيان لازالة المراره او التذييل.
