Abdominal and pelvic symptoms are normally first investigated with a physical examination, and then an X-ray or scan, such as a CT (computerised tomography) scan. البطن والحوض الاعراض عادة التحقيق الاولي مع الفحص البدني ، وبعد ذلك للفحص بالاشعه السينيه او المسح الضوئي ، مثل ا ط م (المحوسب الرسم السطحي) المسح الضوئي. Sometimes these tests aren’t sufficient to make a diagnosis, and laparoscopy may be recommended to allow doctors to look directly at the organs within the abdomen and pelvis.  Laparoscopy is used for the diagnosis of a variety of different conditions, including: هذه التجارب في بعض الاحيان arenâ € ™ ر كافية لاجراء التشخيص ، ويمكن التوصيه laparoscopy للسماح لاطباء تنظر مباشرة في الاجهزه داخل البطن والحوض. Laparoscopy is also used to perform a number of operations, including: Laparoscopy يستخدم ايضا لأداء عدد من العمليات ، بما في ذلك :

  • removal of the gallbladder; ازالة المراره ؛
  • removal of the appendix; ازالة تذييل ؛
  • removal of patches of endometriosis; ازالة بقع من endometriosis ؛
  • removal of parts of the intestines; ازالة اجزاء من الامعاء ؛
  • female sterilisation; الاناث والتعقيم ؛
  • treating ectopic pregnancy; and علاج حمل خارج الرحم ؛ و
