Diagnosis of Laryngitis تشخيص التهاب الحنجره
In laryngitis, there is hoarseness, pain, cough and difficulty speaking. في التهاب الحنجره ، وهناك بحة الألم والسعال وصعوبة في التحدث. Most cases of acute laryngitis can be treated by the patient and there is no need to visit your GP. معظم حالات التهاب الحنجره الحاد يمكن علاجها من قبل المريض وليس هناك حاجة لزيارة طبيبك العمومي. However, you should see a doctor if: ومع ذلك ، يجب ان تتمكن من رؤية طبيب اذا :
- your symptoms are very severe and last longer than 2-3 weeks, حسابك الاعراض شديدة جدا وآخر أطول من 2-3 اسابيع ،
- swollen glands appear in the neck without symptoms of infection, or ويبدو ان انتفاخ الغدد في الرقبه دون اعراض المرض ، او
- swollen glands do not go down within 2-3 weeks after the infection has cleared up. انتفاخ الغدد لا تنخفض في غضون 2-3 اسابيع بعد الاصابة طهر.
An ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist may be asked to examine the larynx if the symptoms do not clear up after 2-3 weeks. وجود الاذن والانف والحنجره (الاستحقاقات) يمكن ان يطلب من المتخصصين لفحص الحنجره واذا كان لا اعراض واضحة حتى بعد 2-3 اسابيع. This may involve direct visual examination of the inside of the larynx with an instrument called a laryngoscope or indirect examination of the airway with a mirror. وقد ينطوي هذا على دراسة البصريه المباشره داخل الحنجره مع أداة تسمى laryngoscope او غير مباشرة من فحص الحنجره مع مرأة. The larynx may be covered with mucus and be red and swollen and the vocal cords may look thicker or stiffer and rounded. الحنجره قد تكون مشموله مع مخاط وتكون حمراء ومنتفخه والحبال الصوتيه قد تبدو اسمك او اصلب وتقريبها.
If nodules (small lumps) are found on the vocal cords, further examination and treatment may be needed. اذا العقيدات (الكتل الصغيرة) ويوجد على الحبال الصوتيه ، ومزيد من الفحص والعلاج قد تكون هناك حاجة.
