Symptoms of Laryngitis اعراض التهاب الحنجره

Symptoms of acute laryngitis usually begin quite suddenly and get worse over 2-3 days. اعراض التهاب الحنجره الحاد جدا وعادة ما تبدأ فجاه ويكبر على مدى 2-3 أيام. The laryngitis is usually better within a week. فان التهاب الحنجره عادة في غضون اسبوع واحد على نحو افضل.

Symptoms include: وتشمل الاعراض :

  • a hoarse voice, أ صوت اجش ،
  • difficulty speaking, تحدث صعوبة ،
  • a sore throat, أ الحلق
  • a mild fever , خفيف وحمى
  • a headache, أ صداع ،
  • an irritating cough, and وهو التهيج السعال ، و
  • needing to clear the throat excessively. تحتاج الى الحنجره واضحة نحو مفرط.

Some people may not be able to talk at all, or only be able to whisper or croak. بعض الناس قد لا تكون قادرة على الكلام على الاطلاق ، او ألا تكون قادرة على الهمس او النعيق. This gets worse as the day progresses and happens because the vocal cords are inflamed. وهذا اسوأ ما يحصل اليوم وتقدم يحدث لأن الحبال الصوتيه هي الملتهبه. The croaky voice may last for a week after the other symptoms have gone. وقد صوت كرواكي ايار / مايو الماضي لمدة اسبوع بعد ان ذهبت الاعراض الاخرى.

Because laryngitis is often linked to another illness such as a cold, flu, a throat infection (pharyngitis) or tonsillitis, other symptoms such as swollen neck glands, runny nose, pain on swallowing and feeling tired and achy, may be experienced. بسبب التهاب الحنجره وكثيرا ما يرتبط مرض آخر مثل البرد ، الانفلونزا ، واصابة الحنجره (التهاب البلعوم) أو التهاب اللوزتين ، وأعراض أخرى مثل تورم الغدد في العنق ، سيلان الانف ، والألم على البلع شعور متعب ومتالم ، قد يكونوا من ذوي الخبرة.

Chronic laryngitis takes longer to develop and can last for weeks, or even months. التهاب الحنجره المزمن يأخذ وقتا اطول وضع ويمكن ان تستمر لاسابيع او حتى اشهر. It can lead to lasting hoarseness due to permanent damage to the larynx. إنها يمكن ان تؤدى الى بحة دائمة بسبب الاضرار التي لحقت الدائم الحنجره. It also commonly recurs, particularly in people who overuse or misuse their voice, such as professional singers or teachers who are unable to rest their voice for any length of time. كما انه يتكرر عموما ، ولا سيما في الناس من الافراط او سوء استعمال لها صوت ، مثل المغنين أو المعلمين المهنيه من غير قادرة على باقي لها صوت لأي فترة زمنيه.

Occasionally, swelling of the larynx may cause breathing difficulties. احيانا ، تورم الحنجره قد يسبب صعوبات في التنفس. This is not very common in adults but sometimes happens in young children with smaller, narrower windpipes. وهذه ليست شاءعه جدا في البالغين ولكن في بعض الاحيان يحدث في الاطفال الصغار مع اصغر واضيق القصبات الهواءيه. See a doctor as soon as possible if you have any difficulty in breathing. زيارة طبيب في أقرب وقت ممكن إذا كانت لديك أية صعوبة في التنفس.
