Laxatives can help you to empty your bowels if you are having trouble going to the toilet. المسهلات يمكن ان تساعدك على تفريغ الامعاء الخاص بك اذا كنت تواجه مشكلة في الذهاب الى المرحاض.

They are also useful as a short term measure for people with hernias, haemorrhoids, or following abdominal surgery or childbirth, as they prevent straining which could be painful in these cases. كما انها مفيدة على المدى القصير باعتبارها تدبيرا للاشخاص الذين يعانون من الفتوق ، haemorrhoids ، او في اعقاب جراحة في البطن أو الولادة ، لأنها تحول دون اجهاد التي يمكن أن تكون مؤلمة في هذه الحالات.
