Diagnosis of Legionnaire's disease تشخيص مرض الجندي

If you develop the above symptoms and you are worried that it might be legionnaires' disease, you should see your GP. اذا كنت وضع الاعراض المذكورة اعلاه وانت قلق انه قد يكون من legionnaires 'المرض ، يجب ان ترى طبيبك العمومي. If your GP suspects that you have Legionnaires’ disease, diagnosis may be made by checking the levels in the blood of antibodies to the Legionella bacteria from a blood test in the laboratory. اذا كان طبيبك العمومي المشتبه فيهم من ان لديك legionnairesâ € ™ المرض والتشخيص ويجوز ان تقدم عن طريق فحص الدم في مستويات الاجسام المضاده للبكتيريا لتلك البكتيريا من فحص الدم في المختبر. A person with a recent infection will show a rapid rise in the antibody levels in quite a short period of time. شخص لديه الاصابة الأخيرة سوف تظهر الارتفاع السريع في مستويات الاجسام المضاده في فترة قصيرة جدا من الزمن. There may be a four-fold rise in a few days. قد تكون هناك اربعة اضعاف الزياده في غضون بضعة ايام.

The diagnosis can also be confirmed in the laboratory by isolating the Legionella bacteria from sputum. التشخيص ويمكن ايضا ان اكدت في المختبر عن طريق عزل البكتيريا من البكتيريا من البلغم. A urine test can also be used to confirm that the bacteria are the Legionella bacteria. أ اختبار البول يمكن ان تستخدم ايضا للتأكد من ان الجراثيم هي البكتيريا من البكتريا.

A chest X-ray in hospital can confirm the presence of pneumonia. أ الصدر بالاشعه السينيه في المستشفى ويمكن التأكد من وجود الالتهاب الرئوي. It will show shadowing, usually in one lower lung lobe. وسوف تظهر التظليل ، واحدة اقل عادة في الرءه شحمة الاذن. This spreads progressively in the same lung and to the other lung. هذا ينتشر تدريجيا فى نفس الرءه والى الرءه الاخرى. The infection in the lungs, as shown by the X-ray shadowing, is slow to clear. وتنتقل عدوى في الرئتين ، كما اتضح من الاشعه السينيه التظليل ، بطيء واضحة. In one-third of cases the shadowing is still present at three months, and it may take six months to clear completely. في ثلث الحالات التظليل لا يزال قائما في ثلاثة اشهر ، والامر قد يستغرق ستة اشهر لواضحة تماما.
