Symptoms of Leptospirosis أعراض leptospirosis
Leptospirosis starts about ten days (it can vary between 7 and 12 days) after infection with the bacteria, and may be so mild as to be unsuspected. Leptospirosis يبدأ بعد حوالي عشرة ايام (ويمكن ان تتفاوت ما بين 7 و 12 يوما) بعد العدوى البكتريا ، ويمكن لذلك أن تكون خفيفة غير معروف. In more severe cases it starts suddenly with headache, fever, chills, severe muscle aches and tenderness, redness of the eyes, loss of appetite, vomiting and sometimes a skin rash. في الحالات الاكثر شدة ويبدأ فجاه مع الصداع ، الحمى ، يبرد ، والأوجاع العضليه الشديدة الرقه ، واحمرار العيون ، وفقدان الشهيه والتقيؤ واحيانا الطفح الجلدي.
Many cases settle after a week or two, but in some the liver, kidneys, heart muscle and brain linings (meninges) are affected. تسوية العديد من الحالات بعد اسبوع او اثنين ، ولكن في بعض الكبد والكلى والقلب والعضلات وبطانات الدماغ (السحايا) هي المتضرره. Jaundice occurs in only about 10 per cent of cases. اليرقان يحدث الا في حوالى 10 فى المائة من الحالات. Jaundice, heart failure and meningitis are danger signs. اليرقان ، وفشل القلب والتهاب السحايا هي علامات الخطر.

- Diarrhoea الإسهال
- Joint pain (arthralgia) المشترك الألم (ألم مفصلي)
- Bone pain ألم العظام
- Cough السعال
- Sore throat الحلق
- Enlargement of the spleen (splenomegaly) توسيع الطحال (splenomegaly)
- Lymph node enlargement (lymphadenopathy) اللمف توسيع العقده (اعتلال العقد اللمفيه)
- Enlargement of the liver (hepatomegaly) توسيع الكبد (hepatomegaly)
- Heart beat irregularities فازت المخالفات القلب
- Internal bleeding النزيف الداخلي
The pain and tenderness in the muscles can be very severe and is an aid to diagnosis. الرقه والالم في العضلات يمكن ان تكون قاسيه جدا ، هو ومساعده للتشخيص. The headache is usually intense, sometimes throbbing, and is associated with severe eye-ache. الصداع عادة مكثفة ، في بعض الاحيان الخفقان ، ويرتبط مع الوجع الشديد عيان. If persistent, the headache may indicate leptospiral meningitis. اذا المستمرة ، ويجوز ان يبين leptospiral الصداع والتهاب السحايا.
Some affected people suffer mental disturbances such as delirium, hallucinations, and even psychotic behaviour. ويعاني بعض الاشخاص المتضررين الاضطرابات العقليه مثل الهذيان ، والهلوسه ، وحتى سلوك ذهاني.
