Diagnosis of Leukaemia تشخيص سرطان الدم
When a person with symptoms of leukaemia goes to their GP, they will usually be physically examined. عندما يقوم شخص مع أعراض سرطان الدم يذهب الى GP ، وهي عادة فحص جسديا. A blood test is then carried out, which will usually show severe anaemia (too few red blood cells) and deformed white blood cells. اختبار الدم ومن ثم القيام بها ، والتي عادة ما تظهر فقر الدم الشديد (عدد قليل جدا من كريات الدم الحمراء) ومشوه خلايا الدم البيضاء. Sometimes it is necessary to carry out a bone marrow test to confirm the diagnosis or to work out the type of leukaemia. ومن الضروري في بعض الاحيان لاجراء اختبار نخاع العظم لتأكيد التشخيص او للعمل على نوع من سرطان الدم. After a local anaesthetic, a needle is passed through the skin and into the bone, and a small sample of the material inside your bone (the marrow) is drawn out. بعد مخدر المحلية ، ابرة تمر في الجلد والعظم ، وعينة صغيرة من المواد بلدكم داخل العظام (نخاع) الانتباه. This is called a trephine biopsy, and is carried out in a similar way to the bone marrow test, although it takes a little longer and may cause mild bruising or aching. ويسمى هذا trephine الخزعه ، وتجري على نحو مماثل في لنخاع العظم للتجارب ، على الرغم من انها تأخذ فترة اطول قليلا وكدمه خفيفة قد تسبب او الإيلام. In chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, it is occasionally necessary to remove an enlarged lymph gland to look at the cells under a microscope. Lymphocytic في سرطان الدم المزمن ، ومن الضروري احيانا لازالة الغده اللمف موسع للنظر في الخلايا تحت المجهر.

In lymphocytic leukaemias, computerised tomography (CT scan) may be used to see how many of your lymph glands are affected. في lymphocytic leukaemias ، المحوسب الرسم السطحي (المسح الضوئي ط م) يمكن ان تستخدم لتعرف على عدد من الغدد الخاصة بك اللمف المتضرره. CT scans can also be used to see whether your spleen is enlarged. ط م المسح يمكن ان تستخدم ايضا لمعرفة ما اذا الطحال هو الموسع.
