Treatment of Leukaemia علاج سرطان الدم

Chemotherapy العلاج الكيمياوي
The first treatment for all types of leukaemia is usually chemotherapy. أول علاج لجميع انواع سرطان الدم عادة ما يكون العلاج الكيميائي. This is a powerful drug treatment that kills the leukaemia cells. وهذا هو قوية لمعالجة مدمني المخدرات ان يقتل خلايا سرطان الدم.

Chemotherapy drugs can be given in the form of tablets or injected directly into a vein (intravenous). عقاقير العلاج الكيميائي يمكن ان يعطي في شكل حبوب او حقن مباشرة في السياق (الوريد). Sometimes they are injected directly into the fluid around the brain and spinal cord, to destroy any cells that are in the nervous system. وفي بعض الاحيان يتم حقن السائل مباشرة الى جميع انحاء الدماغ والنخاع الشوكي ، اي لتدمير الخلايا التي في الجهاز العصبي. Bone marrow transplant is also used to treat leukaemia. زرع نقي العظم هي ايضا تستخدم لعلاج سرطان الدم. It can be used in conjunction with chemotherapy to greatly improve the patient’s chances of recovery. ويمكن ان يتم ذلك بالتزامن مع العلاج الكيميائي الى حدوث تحسن كبير في patientâ € ™ ق فرص الانتعاش. It provides the patient with a new set of parent blood-forming cells (stem cells) that can produce healthy new red and white blood cells. وهو يوفر للمريض مع مجموعة جديدة من الأم - تكوين خلايا الدم (الخلايا الجذعيه) التي يمكن ان تنتج صحيه جديدة الحمراء وخلايا الدم البيضاء.

Before a transplant takes place, the patient’s abnormal bone marrow is destroyed through total body radiation, in combination with the drug cyclophosphamide. قبل ان يتم زرع ، patientâ € ™ ق الشاذ هو تدمير نخاع العظم من خلال الهيءه مجموع الاشعاع ، جنبا الى جنب مع المخدرات سيكلوفوسفاميد.

Bone marrow transplant requires a matched donor (whose cells are compatible with the patient’s) to donate some of their stem cells. زرع نقي العظم يتطلب تطابق المانحه (الخلايا التي تتماشى مع patientâ € ™ ق) ان تبرع بعض من الخلايا الجذعيه. Matched donors may be found among close relatives such as brothers or sisters, or can be from an unrelated donor. يقابل الجهات المانحه ويمكن الاطلاع على وثيقة بين الاقارب مثل الاخوة او الاخوات ، او يمكن ان لا صلة له من الجهات المانحه. In certain forms of leukaemia it is even possible to take marrow from a person in remission, store it, expose the person to heavy radiation and then replace the original sample to start up the marrow function again. في اشكال معينة من سرطان الدم بل ومن الممكن ان تؤخذ في نخاع من شخص في مغفره ، وتخزينه ، تعرض الشخص لالاشعاع الثقيلة وبعد ذلك يستعاض عن العينه الاصليه من اجل بدء وظيفة نخاع مرة اخرى.

The transplant involves sucking marrow out of the pelvis or breastbone of the donor and injecting it into one of the recipient’s veins. زرع نخاع ينطوي على امتصاص من الحوض أو عظمة الصدر من الجهة المانحه والحقن الى واحدة من recipientâ عروق € ™ ق. The bloodstream carries the marrow cells to the recipient’s bone marrow, where they settle and begin to produce new cell lines (clones). ويحمل الدم الى خلايا نخاع recipientâ € ™ ق نخاع العظم ، حيث انها تسوية وتبدأ جديدة لانتاج خطوط الخلايا (النسخ).

Other treatments علاجات اخرى

• Removal of the spleen is often recommended in chronic leukaemias. ازالة الطحال وكثيرا ما اوصى به في leukaemias المزمنه. The spleen is part of the immune system. الطحال هو جزء من الجهاز المناعي. In certain leukaemias, such as chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, the spleen can swell up causing abdominal pain and swelling. في بعض leukaemias ، مثل سرطان الدم المزمن lymphocytic ، الطحال حتى يمكن ان يسبب الانتفاخ والم في البطن وتورم.
