Lichen planus الحزاز المسطح

Lichen planus is an itchy, non-infectious rash, the cause of which is unknown. الحزاز المسطح هو حاك ، والمنظمات غير المعديه والطفح الجلدي ، الذي سبب غير معروف. The rash can take from nine months to two years to clear, but once cleared it rarely occurs again. الطفح ويمكن ان تتخذ من تسعة اشهر الى سنتين واضحة ، ولكن بمجرد ازالة انها نادرا ما يحدث مرة اخرى.

Lichen planus affects less than one person in 50, usually occurs in adults over the age of 30 and is slightly more common in women. الحزاز المسطح يؤثر في أقل من 50 في شخص واحد ، تحدث عادة في البالغين الذين تتجاوز أعمارهم 30 وقليلا اكثر شيوعا في النساء.

In approximately half of people with lichen planus, the inner surface of the mouth is affected. في ما يقرب من نصف الشعب مع الحزاز المسطح ، والسطح الداخلي من الفم وتتأثر. This is called oral lichen planus. وهذا ما يسمى الحزاز المسطح الشفوي.
