Symptoms of Lichen planus أعراض الحزاز المسطح
The rash appears, often suddenly, in the form of shiny, raised, red-purple spots of 3-5 mm in diameter, with a flat top. ويبدو الطفح ، فجاه في كثير من الاحيان ، في شكل امع ، آثار ، والاحمر الارجواني من بئر قطرها 3-5 مم ، مع شقه اعلى. The spots often run together in patterns or clumps. فإن البقع في كثير من الاحيان تشغيل معا في انماط او المجموعات. The skin may also have irregular white streaks (Wickham’s striae) on the top of each bump. الجلد كما قد يكون غير النظاميه الشرائط البيضاء (wickhamâ € ™ ق شروخ ضيقة رفيعة او قنوات) على رأس كل اهتززت.
The rash usually affects the wrists, ankles, elbows, lower back or genitals, but other parts of the body can also be affected. الطفح عادة ما يؤثر على المعصمين والكاحلين ، والمرافق ، أسفل الظهر او الاعضاء التناسليه ، ولكن اجزاء اخرى من الجسم يمكن ايضا ان تتأثر. Each bump usually lasts several months. كل اهتززت يستمر عادة عدة اشهر.
The rash causes intense itching, particularly at night. الطفح يسبب الحكه مكثفة ، ولا سيما في الليل.
The signs of oral lichen planus are white streaks on the cheeks and gums, which are usually painless and not itchy. Mouth ulcers can also develop and these be painful or uncomfortable. بوادر الشفوي الحزاز المسطح الشرائط البيض على اللثه والخدين ، التي عادة ما تكون غير مؤلم وغير حاكه. تقرحات الفم ويمكن ايضا وضع وهذه تكون مؤلمة او غير مريحه.
In men, lichen planus can affect the penis, with purple-coloured or white ring-shaped patches, which may be confused with thrush but are often not itchy. في الرجال ، الحزاز المسطح يمكن ان تؤثر على القضيب ، مع ارجواني اللون الأبيض أو على شكل بقع الطوق ، والتي يمكن الخلط بينه والدج ولكن غالبا ما لا حاك. The genital area can be affected in women but this is less common. المنطقة التناسليه يمكن ان تتأثر في المراه ولكن هذا اقل شيوعا.
Thickened ('hypertrophic') lichen planus affects the shins, and ring shaped ('annular') lichen planus affects creases in the skin, such as the armpits. Lichen planus can affect other parts of the body such as the nails, scalp (causing hair loss) and rarely, the inside of the vulva or oesophagus. سميكة ( 'متعلق بتضخم بعض أجزاء الجسم') الحزاز المسطح يؤثر في السيقان ، والشكل الدائري ( 'حلقي') الحزاز المسطح الطويات يؤثر في الجلد ، مثل الاباط. الحزاز المسطح يمكن ان تؤثر على اجزاء اخرى من الجسم مثل الاظافر ، والفروه (التسبب فقدان الشعر) ونادرا ، من داخل الفرج او مرء.
