Liver transplant زرع الكبد
A liver transplant is surgery to remove an unhealthy liver from the body and replace it with a healthy liver from a donor. أ زرع الكبد هو الجراحه لازالة الكبد من غير صحيه على الجسم والاستعاضه عنها صحيه الكبد من احدى الجهات المانحه. The donor liver is usually from a person who has died, but has given permission for their organs to be donated. الجهات المانحه الكبد عادة من شخص قد مات ، ولكنه سمح لأعضائهم الى التبرع. This is called orthotopic liver transportation. وهذا ما يسمى orthotopic الكبد النقل.
It is also possible for a living person to donate part of their liver for transplant, known as a living donor transplant or split-liver transplant. ومن الممكن ايضا لشخص الذين يعيشون على منح جزء من الكبد للزرع ، المعروف باسم حي المانحه ثنائية او زرع زرع الكبد. This is a less common form of liver transplant. هذا أقل شيوعا هو شكل من اشكال زرع الكبد. It can be used to make new liver tissue in the unhealthy liver, as it will help the growth of new liver cells. ويمكن ان يستخدم لصنع انسجه الكبد جديدة غير صحيه في الكبد ، كما انه سيساعد على نمو خلايا جديدة في الكبد.
The first liver transplant was carried out in 1963. الاول هو زرع الكبد التي اجريت في عام 1963. There are currently around 650 liver transplants every year in the UK. ويوجد حاليا نحو 650 عمليات زرع الكبد في كل عام في المملكه المتحدة.
Most people who have a liver transplant take around three months to recover, but then have a full and active life. معظم الناس الذين لديهم اتخاذ زرع الكبد حوالى ثلاثة اشهر لاسترداد ، ولكن بعد ذلك يكون لها مشاركة كاملة وفعالة في الحياة.
