Recovery of Liver transplant الانتعاش من زرع الكبد
Following surgery you will be in an intensive care unit for around one or two days. عقب العملية الجراحيه التي اجريت انك ستكون في وحدة العنايه المركزه في جميع انحاء لمدة يوم او يومين. Then, providing there are no complications, you will be moved to another part of the hospital. بعد ذلك ، تقدم لا توجد تعقيدات ، فسيتم نقلها الى جزء اخر من المستشفى. Most people stay in hospital for around three weeks. معظم الناس البقاء في المستشفى لحوالى ثلاثة اسابيع.
During this time, regular blood and urine samples are taken to make sure that the new liver is working properly. وخلال هذا الوقت ، العاديه الدم والبول وتؤخذ عينات للتأكد من ان الكبد الجديد يعمل بشكل صحيح.

It is very common for the body’s immunesystem to reject the new liver. وهو شائع جدا لbodyâ € ™ ق immunesystem رفض الجديد في الكبد. This is treated with drugs called immunosuppressants that will normally have to be taken for the rest of your life. وهذا هو تعامل مع المخدرات ودعا immunosuppressants التي عادة ما يكون الواجب اتخاذها بالنسبة لبقية حياتك. You will also have to take the following medicines for the first three months after your transplant: يمكنك ايضا ان نأخذ في ما يلي الادوية لفترة الاشهر الثلاثة الاولى بعد زرع الخاص بك :
- antibiotics, to reduce the risk of infection, والمضادات الحيويه ، للحد من خطر الاصابة ،
- antifungal liquid, to reduce the risk of infection in your mouth, مضادات السائل ، للحد من خطر الاصابة في فمك ،
- and antacid, to reduce the risk of heartburn and stomach ulcers. ومضاد للحموضة ، للحد من مخاطر تقرحات المعده والحموضه المعويه.
Chronic (long-term) rejection of the liver can happen in some people and cannot be helped with these drugs. المزمنه (طويلة الاجل) رفض الكبد يمكن ان يحصل في بعض الناس ولا يمكن ان يساعد مع هذه الادوية. There are other medicines available that can help but a second transplant is often the best treatment . وهناك الأدوية الأخرى المتاحة التي يمكن ان تساعد على زرع ثانية ولكن كثيرا ما تكون افضل علاج.
It takes around 6-8 weeks for the surgery wound to heal and then around three months to recover fully. يستغرق حوالى 6-8 اسابيع لعملية جراحية لعلاج الجرح وبعد ذلك نحو ثلاثة اشهر لاستعادة كامل.
