Diagnosis of Long-sightedness تشخيص طويلة بعد النظر
It is very important that you visit your optician every two years, particularly if you are over the age of 40. ومن المهم جدا ان لكم قم بزياره فاحص البصر كل سنتين ، وخاصة إذا كنت فوق سن 40 سنة. Regular eye check-ups will identify long-sightedness early on so that corrective treatment can be administered. العين العاديه فحوص طويلة سوف تحدد في وقت مبكر من بعد النظر حتى التصحيحيه التي يمكن ان تدار العلاج.
When you have an eye test, the optician will check: عندما يكون لديك اختبار العين ، وسوف تحقق من فاحص البصر :
- the sharpness of your distance vision, الحده من مسافه الرءيه الخاصة بك ،
- your ability to focus on near objects, and قدرتك على التركيز على الاجسام القريبه ، و
- check for any eye conditions or physical abnormalities. الكشف عن اي شروط او الماديه العين وتشوهات.
A simple test that involves reading letters from a chart is used to test your sight. اختبار بسيط ان ينطوي على قراءة رسائل من رسم بياني ويستخدم لاختبار الخاصة بك الافق. The letters become progressively smaller on each line of the chart. الرسائل تصبح اصغر حجما بصورة تدريجيه على كل خط من الرسم البياني. If you have taken the test before and have previously been prescribed glasses or contact lenses, then your optician may want you to take the test while wearing your glasses or contact lenses. اذا كنت قد اتخذت قبل الاختبار وسبق وصفه النظارات او العدسات اللاصقه ، ثم فاحص البصر الخاص بك لانك قد ترغب في اتخاذ الاختبار الخاص بك حين ارتداء النظارات او العدسات اللاصقه.
If you can only read the top line of the eye chart, you may be eligible to register as blind or partially sighted. اذا كنت لا يمكن الا ان يقرأ السطر الاول من الرسم البياني العين ، قد يكون مؤهلا للتسجيل أو جزئيا كما الاعمى النظر. You will need to be referred by your GP or optician to a hospital eye doctor who will carry out further tests and write to you local social services department confirming that you have been diagnosed as blind or partially-sighted. وسوف تحتاج الى ان يكون المشار اليه من قبل طبيبك العمومي او فاحص البصر الى المستشفى من طبيب العيون سوف اجراء المزيد من الاختبارات واكتب اليكم المحلية ادارة الخدمات الاجتماعية التي تؤكد انه قد تم اختيارك في تشخيصها على انها اعمى او جزئيا النظر. You may also be registered as blind or partially-sighted if you can read the first three lines of the chart but have a very restricted field of vision. يمكنك ايضا ان تسجل على النحو الأعمى او جزئيا النظر اذا كان بامكانك قراءة الخطوط الثلاثة الاولى من المخطط لها ولكن محدودة جدا من مجال الرءيه.
Your optician will also look for signs of eye conditions such as glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy, by shining a light into your eyes to see how well they react to light. فاحص البصر الخاص بك أيضا لمشاهدة علامات العين شروط مثل زرق ومصاب بالسكري retinopathy ، تسطع في ضوء عينيك جيدا لترى كيف انها تستجيب لضوء.
