Causes of Macular degeneration اسباب انحطاط طاخي

Macular degeneration results in a partial breakdown of the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE). طاخي نتائج انحطاط في انهيار جزئي للالظهاره الشبكيه الصباغ (rpe). The RPE is the insulating layer between the retina and the choroid (the layer of blood vessels behind the retina). وقد rpe هي طبقة عازلة بين الشبكيه وchoroid (الطبقة الاوعيه الدمويه خلف الشبكيه). Fluid leakage occurs, and new blood vessels growing from the choroid destroy the retinal nerve tissue and replace it with scar tissue and the light-sensitive cells in the macular are damaged. ويحدث تسرب السوائل ، والاوعيه الدمويه الجديدة المتزايدة من choroid تدمير الانسجه العصبيه الشبكيه ويستعاض عنها بما ندبة الانسجه والخلايا الحساسة للضوء في طاخي باضرار. The cause is unknown. السبب غير معروف.
