Symptoms of Malignant melanoma أعراض القتامي الخبيث

The signs of malignant change in a mole are very important to know. بوادر تغيير في خبيثة جدا مول من المهم ان نعرف. They are: وهذه الدول هي :

• a change in shape, especially an increasingly irregular outline, تغيير في الشكل ، لا سيما مخطط متزايد غير النظاميه ،
• a change in size, تغيير في الحجم ،
• increased projection above the surface of the skin, زيادة الاسقاط عن سطح الجلد ،
• a change in colour, تغيير في اللون ،
• especially sudden darkening and the development of colour irregularities appearing as different shades of brown, grey, pink, red or blue, وخاصة المفاجءه قتامه ووضع اللون مخالفات مختلفة تظهر ظلال براون ، رمادي ، اللون من القرنفل ، احمر او ازرق ،
• itching or pain, الحكه او الألم ،
• softening, تليين ،
• crumbling, المتهالكه ،
• the development of new moles around the original one, and استحداث انواع جديدة من حيوانات الخلد حول الأصل واحد ، و
• the development of a light or dark halo or ring around the mole. تطوير خفيفة أو مظلمة او هالو الطوق حول الخلد.

Report any of these changes to your doctor as a matter of urgency. تقرير اي من هذه التغيرات مع طبيبك كمساله ملحة.

In white people, malignant melanomas occur most often on the upper part of the back in both men and women. في البيض ، melanomas الخبيثه التي تحدث في اغلب الاحيان على الجزء العلوي من الظهر في كل من الرجل والمراه. In women, it is also equally common on the legs between the ankle and the knee. في المراه ، وهي أيضا بنفس القدر المشترك بين ساقيه على الكاحل والركبه. Melanomas are very rare in black people, but when they do occur they are usually on the palms and soles and behind the nails on the fingers and toes.
