Causes of Mastitis اسباب التهاب الثدي عند الحبوانات

Mastitis happens most often during breastfeeding. التهاب الثدي عند الحبوانات يحدث في اغلب الاحيان خلال الرضاعه الطبيعيه. It is often caused by an infection that enters the breast through a crack or a break in the skin of the nipple. وهي غالبا ما تسبب العدوى عن طريق الرضاعه ان يدخل عن طريق الكراك او قطع في الجلد من الحلمه. The most common bacteria involved is Staphylococcus aureus, but other bacteria such as Staphylococcus epidermis and Streptococci are sometimes the cause. الاكثر شيوعا هي البكتيريا المعنية Staphylococcus aureus ، ولكن البكتيريا الاخرى مثل Staphylococcus البشره وstreptococci في بعض الاحيان كان السبب.

Bacteria such as these are found commonly on the skin but they only cause harmful infections if they get inside the body. مثل هذه البكتريا توجد بشكل شائع على الجلد ولكنها ضاره تتسبب فقط اذا حصلوا على العدوى داخل الجسم. They may come from the mother’s own skin or from the baby’s skin (especially if the baby has a skin infection). انها قد تأتي من motherâ € ™ ق الخاصة بها أو من الجلد babyâ € ™ ق الجلد (وخاصة اذا كان المولود له العدوى الجلديه). Good hygiene measures such as regular washing will help prevent bacteria from multiplying on the skin, and will lower your chances of getting an infection. نظافة من التدابير مثل الغسيل العاديه سيساعد على منع البكتيريا من مضاعفة على الجلد ، وسوف يخفض من فرصك في الحصول على العدوى.

Mastitis can also happen during breastfeeding if your breast is not emptying fully at each feed. التهاب الثدي عند الحبوانات كما يمكن ان يحدث اثناء الرضاعه الطبيعيه الرضاعه اذا كان جهازك لا تفرغ بشكل كامل في كل تغذية. This may happen if the baby is not latching on properly to your nipple. هذا يمكن ان يحدث اذا كان المولود لا الاغلاق على الوجه الصحيح الى حسابك في الحلمه. The breasts then become swollen, lumpy and sore, but symptoms are not as severe as when infection is involved. الصدور ثم تصبح متورمه ، وقرحة العقدي ، ولكن الأعراض ليست شديدة العدوى كما هو الحال عندما يشارك. If a milk duct in your breast becomes blocked and infected, the same symptoms can happen, but will be localised around the part of the breast containing the blocked duct. إذا كان الحليب في القناة الخاصة بك الثدي ويصبح سد المصابين ، ويمكن ان يحدث نفس الاعراض ، ولكن سيتم تحديد مكان حول جزء من الثدي تحتوي على سد القناة.

Mastitis that is not linked to breastfeeding can happen for a number of reasons: التهاب الثدي عند الحبوانات التي لا ترتبط الرضاعه الطبيعيه يمكن ان يحدث لعدد من الأسباب :

• Infection elsewhere in the body, with bacteria or with viruses such as the mumps virus, can then spread to the breast; العدوى فى اماكن اخرى في الجسم ، مع البكتيريا او الفيروسات مثل فيروس النكاف ، ويمكن بعد ذلك الى انتشار الرضاعه ؛
• Serious diseases such as tuberculosis, syphilis or actinomycosis can cause chronic (long-term) mastitis, when the germs travel to the breasts; الامراض الخطيره مثل السل ، والزهري او يمكن ان تسبب مرض الحارش المزمنه (طويلة الاجل) التهاب الثدي عند الحبوانات ، عندما الجراثيم السفر الى الصدور ؛
• Smoking greatly increases your chances of a type of mastitis called periductal mastitis, which causes pain and redness around the nipple; التدخين يزيد بدرجه كبيرة فرصك في نوع من التهاب الثدي عند الحبوانات دعا periductal التهاب الثدي عند الحبوانات التي تسبب الالم والاحمرار حول الحلمه ؛
• Nipples can become sore and infected if they rub against clothing, for example through vigorous exercise such as jogging, particularly if you do not wear a supportive bra; ويمكن ان تصبح قرحة حلمات المصابين واذا كانت الملابس ضد الرب ، على سبيل المثال من خلال ممارسة قوية مثل الركض ، ولا سيما اذا كنت لا تلبس داعمة جيش بوغانفيل الثوري ؛
• Piercings break the skin of the nipple and if they are not kept clean then infections may enter the body during the healing process. Piercings كسر الجلد من الحلمه واذا لم تكن النظافه ثم الاصابات قد تدخل الجسم اثناء عملية التئام الجروح.

The skin of the breast can also be affected by a skin condition called cellulitis, which causes similar symptoms of swelling, soreness, and fever. جلد الثدي يمكن ايضا ان تتأثر بها الجلد شرط دعا الخلوي ، الذي يسبب اعراضا مشابهة للتورم ، التقرح ، والحمى.

You are more likely to have infections if your skin has been damaged by previous surgery or radiotherapy, if your immune system is not very strong because you have had chemotherapy or have an immunodeficiency condition such as lupus, or if you have poor personal hygiene. انت من المحتمل ان يكون لها مزيد من الاصابات في الجلد اذا كانت قد تضررت بفعل الجراحه او العلاج بالاشعه السابقة ، لو كان لديك جهاز المناعه ليست قوية جدا لأنك قد يكون العلاج الكيميائي او المناعي مثل الذءبه شرط ، او اذا كانت لديك سوء النظافه الشخصيه.
