Menopause سن اليأس

The menopause, also known as the ‘change of life’ is marked by the ending of menstruation. فان انقطاع الطمث ، المعروفة ايضا باسم 'تغيير الحياة' يتميز انتهاء الحيض. The menopause occurs at an average age of about 50, but the usual range is from 47 to 52. وقد يحدث انقطاع الطمث في متوسط أعمارهم حوالى 50 ، ولكن المعتاد هو مجموعة من 47 الى 52. Occurrences outside this range are quite common. الحوادث خارج هذا النطاق شاءعه الى حد كبير. Sometimes the menopause is delayed to 55 or later; sometimes it may occur at 40 or earlier. وفي بعض الاحيان تأخر انقطاع الطمث أو في وقت لاحق الى 55 ؛ في بعض الأحيان أنها قد تحدث في 40 او قبل ذلك. A premature menopause can have one of many causes, and also occurs if for any reason the ovaries have to be removed surgically (perhaps as part of a total hysterectomy). سن اليأس قبل الاوان يمكن ان يكون واحدا من اسباب كثيرة ، ويحدث أيضا إذا كان لأي سبب من الاسباب المبايض يتعين ازالتها جراحيا (ربما كجزء من مجموعة استئصال الرحم).

The menopause involves the end of egg production (ovulation) by the ovaries. فان انقطاع الطمث ويشمل نهاية انتاج البيض (التبييض) من قبل المبايض. Menstrual cycles can occur without ovulation taking place as the menopause approaches. دورات الطمث يمكن ان يحدث دون الاباضه كما يحدث انقطاع الطمث النهج. For this reason, pregnancy is very rare after 50. ولهذا السبب ، الحمل بعد 50 نادرة جدا. A woman’s periods do not usually stop suddenly, although sometimes this does happen. المراه في فترات عادة لا تتوقف فجاه ، على الرغم من هذا لا يحدث في بعض الاحيان. Some view the menopause as a significant stage in ageing. يرى البعض وكما انقطاع الطمث مرحلة هامة في الشيخوخة.
