Treatment of Migraine علاج الشقيقه

Most people find that sleeping or lying in a darkened room is the best thing to do when having a migraine attack. معظم الناس يجد ان الكذب أو النوم في غرفة أظلمت هو أفضل ما ينبغي عمله عند وجود الشقيقه الهجوم. Others find that eating something helps, and others start to feel better once they have been sick. يجد آخرون ان يساعد آكل شيئا ، وآخرون يشعرون افضل بداية لمرة واحدة كانت مريضة.

Medication to treat symptoms of migraine دواء لعلاج اعراض الشقيقه

See your GP about your migraines. انظر طبيبك العمومي الخاص بك عن امراض الشقيقه. There is a range of migraine medication available. وهناك مجموعة من الادوية المتاحة الشقيقه. Taking the medication very early in the migraine attack is best because the stomach is not easily able to absorb tablets during a migraine. اخذ الدواء في وقت مبكر جدا في الشقيقه الهجوم هو افضل لان ليس من السهل معدته قادرة على استيعاب اقراص خلال الشقيقه.

Some people find NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) are effective. يجد بعض الناس nsaids (غير steroidal مكافحة المخدرات التحريضيه) فعالة. They relieve swelling, pain and inflammation. وهي تخفيف التورم والألم والالتهاب. They include ibuprofen (which is available over the counter) and naproxen, diclofenac potassium and tolfenamic acid (for which you need a prescription). وتشمل هذه ايبوبروفين (وهو متاح على مدى المضاده) وnaproxen ، diclofenac البوتاسيوم وحامض tolfenamic (التي تحتاج الى وصفة طبية).

Effervescents (dissolvable tablets) are used by people who cannot keep tablets down. Effervescents (ذائب أقراص) هي التي يستعملها الناس من لا يستطيع ان يحافظ على اقراص لأسفل. Drugs called triptans (or 5HT1 agonists) are used to relieve the symptoms of migraine. ودعا triptans المخدرات (او 5ht1 agonists) تستخدم للتخفيف من أعراض الشقيقه. Triptans make the blood vessels in your brain narrower, which can stop your brain from feeling the pain of migraine, at least partly. This should not be used if you have kidney problems, heart or circulatory disease, high blood pressure or are pregnant or breastfeeding. هذا لا ينبغي ان تستخدم اذا كانت لديك مشاكل في الكليتين ، وامراض القلب او الدورة الدمويه ، وارتفاع ضغط الدم او الحمل او الرضاعه الطبيعيه.

Medication to prevent migraine دواء لمنع الشقيقه

There are drugs available that can reduce the frequency and severity of your migraines. وهناك توفير الادوية التي يمكن ان تقلل من وتيرة وحدة امراض الشقيقه الخاص بك. You have to take the medication every day and can still take painkillers or triptans when you get a migraine. عليك ان تأخذ الدواء كل يوم ويمكن ان يستغرق ومسكنات الالم او triptans عندما كنت احصل على الشقيقه. You will need to speak to your GP about what medication will suit you best because some drugs have side effects. انت بحاجة الى التحدث الى طبيبك العمومي حول ما سوف الادوية التي تناسب كافة الاذواق وأفضل لأن بعض الادوية والاثار الجانبية. Drugs that can help to prevent migraine include: العقاقير التي يمكن ان تساعد على منع الشقيقه وتشمل :

• beta blockers, such as propranolol (people with asthma cannot take these), بيتا الحاجزون ، مثل propranolol (الربو مع الشعب لا يمكن ان تأخذ هذه) ،
• pizotifen (these can cause weight gain and drowsiness so are usually taken at night), and pizotifen (وهذه يمكن ان تسبب زيادة الوزن والخمول حتى تؤخذ عادة في الليل) ، و

Migraine mediation and the combined contraceptive pill الشقيقه والوساطه ، والجمع بين وسائل منع الحمل وحبوب منع الحمل

Fluctuating oestrogen levels can make migraine worse. Oestrogen تقلب مستويات يمكن ان تقدم الشقيقه سوءا. If you take the combined contraceptive pill and suffer from migraine, you may be advised to change to the progesterone only pill. اذا كنت تأخذ حبوب منع الحمل والجمع بين وسائل منع الحمل تعاني من الشقيقه ، يجب ان ينصح لتغيير progesterone فقط حبوب منع الحمل.
