Symptoms of Miscarriage أعراض الاجهاض

For many women, the first indication of miscarriage is vaginal bleeding or discharge, sometimes accompanied by abdominal pain or backache - rather like period pains. بالنسبة للعديد من النساء ، في اول اشارة الى الاجهاض هو النزيف المهبلي أو التفريغ ، واحيانا يرافقه ألم في البطن أو في الظهر -- كما كان يحدث في فترة الآلام. Vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy is called threatened miscarriage, and does not necessarily develop into a miscarriage. النزيف المهبلي في بداية الحمل تهديد يسمى الاجهاض ، وليس بالضروره تتطور الى وقوع خطا. Many women who experience vaginal bleeding will go on to have a normal pregnancy. العديد من النساء من الخبرة النزيف المهبلي سوف يستمر الى ان يكون الحمل السوي.

Some women may notice that pregnancy symptoms such as nausea or sore breasts disappear, whether or not there is bleeding. بعض النساء قد تلاحظ ان اعراض الحمل مثل الغثيان أو تختفي قرحة الثدي ، وجود او عدم وجود نزيف في الأمعاء. Others may have neither bleeding nor any other sign that something is wrong, but discover that their pregnancy has ended only during a routine antenatal scan. آخرون قد يكون لا تنزف ولا اي علامة اخرى ان هناك شيئا خطأ ، ولكنه اكتشف ان الحمل قد انتهى الا خلال المسح الروتينيه السابقة للولادة. This is called a missed or delayed miscarriage. ويسمى هذا ضاعت اجهاض او تأخير.

If the abdominal pain is very severe, sharp or one- sided, this may suggest ectopic pregnancy (a pregnancy developing outside the uterus). واذا كان الم في البطن شديد للغاية ، أو حاده من جانب واحد ، فان هذا قد يشير الى حمل خارج الرحم (الحمل خارج الرحم الناميه). This is a potentially life- threatening situation and should be reported to the GP or Accident and Emergency Unit. وهذا يحتمل ان تهدد الحياة والوضع وينبغي تقديم تقرير الى GP او وحدة الحوادث والطوارئ.
