Causes of Miscarriage اسباب الاجهاض

Most women do not discover the cause of their miscarriage, since they are rarely investigated unless a woman suffers three or more. معظم النساء لا يكتشف من قضية الاجهاض ، إذ أنها نادرا ما يتم التحقيق في امرأة ما لم يكن يعاني من ثلاثة او اكثر. Although there is very little actually known about why many miscarriages happen, the main causes are thought to be: ورغم ان هناك القليل جدا معروف عن الواقع لماذا يحدث العديد من حالات الاجهاض ، فان الاسباب الرئيسية ويعتقد ان :

• Genetic: about half of all early miscarriages occur because of chance chromosomal abnormalities. الجينيه : حوالي نصف جميع حالات الإجهاض المبكر تحدث لأن فرصة للشذوذ الكروموسومات.
• Hormonal: women with hormonal irregularities may find it harder to conceive and when they do, are more likely to miscarry. الهرمونات : الهرمونات مع النساء المخالفات قد تجد انه من الصعب تصور وعندما تفعل ذلك ، ومن الارجح ان اجهض.
• Immunological: minor infections like colds are not harmful, but a very high temperature and some specific illnesses or infections, like German measles, may cause miscarriage. المناعي : مثل البرد اصابات طفيفة ليست ضاره ، ولكن درجة حرارة عالية جدا وبعض الامراض او الاصابات ، مثل الحصبة الالمانيه ، قد تسبب الاجهاض.
• Anatomical: if the cervix (neck of the uterus) is weak, it may start to open as the uterus becomes heavier in later pregnancy and this may lead to later miscarriage. تشريحي : اذا كان عنق الرحم (عنق الرحم) ضعيف ، يمكن ان تدخل لفتح الرحم كما يصبح اثقل في وقت لاحق من الحمل وهذا قد يؤدي الى اجهاض في وقت لاحق. An irregular- shaped uterus can mean that there is not enough room for the baby to grow.  Large fibroids may cause miscarriage in later pregnancy. غير نظامية على شكل الرحم يمكن ان يعني انه ليست هناك مساحة كافية لنمو الطفل. Fibroids كبيرة قد تتسبب في اجهاض الحمل في وقت لاحق.
• Protein: lack of the protein Macrophage inhibitory cytokine 1 is thought to play a role. البروتين : عدم وجود البروتين inhibitory سايتوكاين 1 خلية ضخمة مسؤولة عن التنظيف ويعتقد ان تلعب دورا.
