Symptoms of Ménière’s disease اعراض مرض ménière

Symptoms of Ménière’s disease vary between people. Ménière للاعراض المرض تتفاوت بين الناس. The main symptoms are vertigo (the sensation of spinning when you are standing still), tinnitus (hearing noises or ringing in the ears) and deafness. أهم الاعراض الدوار (الغزل والمتعه وانت لا تزال الداءمه) ، tinnitus (الاستماع الى الاصوات او رنين في آذان) والصمم. The disease tends to develop in three stages: المرض في وضع يميل الى ثلاث مراحل :

• In the early stages, attacks of vertigo, accompanied by feelings of nausea, occur now and again. في المراحل المبكره ، من الهجمات الدوار ، يرافقه مشاعر الغثيان ، ويحدث الآن مرة اخرى. You may lose some hearing during the attack (this returns to normal when the attack is over). ربما تخسر بعض الاستماع أثناء الهجوم (وهذا يعود الى وضعه الطبيعي عند وقوع الهجوم فان اكثر). The ear may also feel blocked up and uncomfortable, with a sense of fullness. الاذن قد سدت حتى نشعر أيضا وغير مريحه ، مع شعور الامتلاء. Vertigo may be accompanied by nausea, vomiting and dizziness, as well as palpitations and sweating. الدوار قد يكون مصحوبا الغثيان ، والتقيؤ والدوار ، وكذلك palpitations والتعرق. There is often tinnitus at the same time, which can vary in severity. وكثيرا ما تكون هناك tinnitus وفي الوقت نفسه ، التي يمكن ان تختلف في شدتها.
• In the middle stage, attacks of vertigo continue, although they may be less severe. في المرحلة المتوسطة ، ومواصلة الهجمات من الدوار ، على الرغم من أنها قد تكون اقل حدة. Tinnitus and hearing loss often become worse, although they continue to vary depending on how severe the attack of vertigo is. When this happens, the vertigo may stop or reduce, but there will still be balance problems, especially in the dark. وعندما يحدث ذلك ، قد تتوقف الدوار او الحد ، ولكن ستظل هناك مشاكل التوازن ، لا سيما في الظلام.

There can be long periods of time between attacks (periods of remission) of several months. لا يمكن ان يكون هناك فترات طويلة من الزمن بين الهجمات (فترات مغفره) عدة اشهر.

The disease can seriously affect quality of life, in terms of employment, driving ability and personal life. هذا المرض يمكن ان يؤثر تأثيرا خطيرا على نوعية الحياة ، من حيث العمالة والقيادة والقدرة والحياة الشخصيه.

Other symptoms are depression, anxiety, headaches and migraines. الاعراض الاخرى هي الاكتئاب والقلق والصداع وامراض الشقيقه.
