Diagnosis of Ménière’s disease تشخيص مرض ménière

In many cases the diagnosis can be made on the basis of the history, symptoms and clinical signs. وفي كثير من الحالات يمكن ان التشخيص يتم على أساس من التاريخ ، الاعراض والعلامات السريريه. Your GP will discuss your symptoms, the frequency and severity of attacks and how the disease affects your life. وسوف يناقش طبيبك العمومي الخاص بك الأعراض ، وتيرة وحدة من الهجمات وكيف المرض يؤثر على حياتك. Your GP will then refer you to an ENT (ear, nose and throat) specialist who will assess the degree of your vertigo, tinnitus and hearing loss. طبيبك العمومي بعد ذلك أشير الى وجود معيار الاحتياجات الاقتصادية (الاذن والانف والحنجره) وسوف اخصائي من تقييم درجة الدوار الخاص بك ، tinnitus والاستماع الى الخسارة.

The degree of hearing loss is measured by carrying out an audiogram. درجة فقدان السمع ويقاس اجراء تخطيط سمعي. You will listen on headphones and signal when sounds are heard or are no longer heard. انت سوف تستمع سماعات على اشارة وعندما تسمع اصوات او لم تعد تسمع.

The balancing mechanism in the ear can be tested in various ways using vestibulometric tests. الموازنه بين اليه في الاذن ويمكن اختبارها في مختلف طرق استخدام vestibulometric التجارب. A test called a caloric test is done by putting warm and cold water into the each ear in turn. اختبار يسمى اختبار من السعرات الحراريه ويتم عن طريق وضع الماء البارد والحار الى كل أذن على حدة. If the labyrinth is working normally, the eyes will flick rapidly from side to side. اذا كانت المتاهه هي تعمل بصورة طبيعية ، وسوف أعين النقره بسرعة من الجانب الى الجانب. This is called nystagmus. وهذا ما يسمى nystagmus. If the labyrinth has been damaged, eye movement will be reduced. اذا المتاهه قد اتلفت ، وحركة العين وسيتم تخفيض.

You may need to have a blood test, MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scan or CT (computerised tomography) scan to make sure the symptoms are not being caused by something else such as anaemia, hypothyroidism, diabetes or a head injury. قد تحتاج الى فحص الدم لديها ، MRI (تصوير الرنين المغنطيسي) او المسح الضوئي ط م (المحوسب الرسم السطحي) مسح للتأكد من عدم الاعراض التي تسببها اشياء اخرى مثل فقر الدم والقصور الدرقي ، وداء السكري أو إصابة في الرأس.
