Treatment of Ménière’s disease العلاج من داء ménière

Treatment for Ménière’s disease involves trying to control the associated symptoms. علاج لداء ménière تشمل محاولة للسيطره على الاعراض المرتبطه بها.

Drugs: المخدرات :

Drugs are available to control the symptoms of acute vertigo (prochlorperazine, cinnarizine) and nausea (anti-sickness drugs). الادوية المتوفره للسيطره على الاعراض الحادة للالدوار (prochlorperazine ، cinnarizine) والغثيان) لمكافحة المرض والمخدرات). You should carry your medication with you at all times in case you have an attack. يجب عليك ان تحمل معك الادوية الخاصة بك في جميع الاوقات في حالة لديك أي هجوم. Drugs that can reduce the frequency of attacks of vertigo (betahistine, diuretics) should be taken regularly. العقاقير التي يمكن ان تقلل من وتيرة الهجمات من الدوار (betahistine ، diuretics) ينبغي ان تؤخذ بانتظام. These drugs are not suitable for everyone so you will need to discuss with your GP. هذه الأدوية ليست مناسبة للجميع بحيث سوف تحتاج الى ان تناقش مع طبيبك العمومي.

There are drugs that can help reduce the rate at which endolymph is secreted in the labyrinth. وهناك الادوية التي يمكن ان تساعد على تقليل المعدل الذي endolymph هو secreted في المتاهه. This should improve your balance and reduce your vertigo. ذلك ان يحسن رصيدك الخاص بك والحد من الدوار.
