Ovarian cyst كيس المبيض
A cyst is a fluid-filled sac that can grow in any part of the body. أ كيس السائل هو امتلأ ساك التي يمكن أن تنمو في أي جزء من الجسم. They can vary in size and contain liquid that is thin and watery, or thicker and paste-like. انها يمكن أن تختلف في الحجم والتي تحتوي على سائل مائي ورقيقة ، وألصق اسمك او شبيهه. Some cysts are solid and may be called tumours. بعض الخراجات ثابتة ويمكن أن يسمى الاورام. This doesn’t mean they’re cancerous; tumour is just the medical name for a swelling. هذا doesnâ € ™ ر يعني اعادة theyâ € ™ سرطانيه ؛ الاورام الطبية هو مجرد اسم لتورم.
An ovarian cyst is a cyst that develops inside an ovary. وجود كيس المبيض هو أن يضع الكيس داخل المبيض. The ovaries are two small, round organs in the female reproductive system that release an egg every month. المبايض هما الصغيرة ، واجهزة جولة الاناث في الجهاز التناسلي ان الافراج عن بيضة كل شهر. The egg moves into the uterus (womb) where it may be fertilised by a man’s sperm. البيض ينتقل الى الرحم (الرحم) حيث قد يكون من fertilised من قبل manâ € ™ ق السائل المنوي. The ovaries also make the hormones oestrogen and progestogen, which help to regulate the menstrual cycle (periods). المبايض ايضا جعل oestrogen وprogestogen الهرمونات ، والتي تساعد على تنظيم دورة الطمث (فترات).
Each month, an egg is formed in a tiny structure inside the ovary called a follicle. كل شهر ، بيضة فى تشكيل هيكل ضءيله داخل المبيض تسمى المسام. The follicle contains fluid to protect the egg as it grows and bursts when the egg is released. فان المسام ويحتوي السائل لحمايه البيض لانه ينمو ورشقات ناريه عندما يتم اطلاق البويضه. Sometimes a follicle doesn’t release an egg, or doesn’t shrink (shed its fluid) after the egg is released. في بعض الاحيان المسام doesnâ € ™ ر بالافراج عن البيض ، او doesnâ € ™ ر يتقلص (القاء دورته السائل) البيض بعد الافراج عن احد. If this happens, the follicle can get bigger as it swells with fluid. اذا حدث ذلك ، فان المسام يمكن ان تكبر لانها الانتفاخات مع السائل. This is an ovarian cyst. هذا هو كيس المبيض.
Ovarian cysts can grow five or six centimetres wide and usually last four to six weeks. المبيض الخراجات يمكن ان تنمو خمسة او ستة سنتيمترات في الماضي على نطاق واسع وعادة من اربعة الى ستة اسابيع. They’re very common, normally painless, and usually go away without treatment. Theyâ € ™ اعادة جدا ، عادة غير مؤلم ، وعادة ما تختفي دون علاج.
