Symptoms of Paget's disease اعراض مرض paget

Around 60 to 80% of people with paget’s disease of bone have no symptoms at all. حوالى 60 الى 80 ٪ من الشعب مع pagetâ € ™ ق العظام من الأمراض أي أعراض على الاطلاق. This is because the abnormal or deformed bones are localised to one particular part of the body. وذلك لأن الشاذ او مشوه العظام تحديد مكان واحد لجزء معين من الجسم.

When symptoms do occur they can include: وعندما تحدث الاعراض يمكن أن تشمل ما يلي :

• deep aching in the bones that is not eased by rest or exercise, بالغ الايلام في العظام وهذا ليس راحة أو التخفيف من حدة هذه العملية ،
• shooting pains in the affected area, الام في اطلاق النار على المنطقة المتاثره ،
• abnormalities such as bowing (curving) of the leg or spine, or skull enlargement, تشوهات مثل الركوع (التقويس) من الساق أو العمود الفقري ، او توسيع الجمجمة ،
• and muscle weakness, due to enlarged bones applying pressure to nerves. وضعف عضلي ، وذلك بسبب الضغط الموسع العظام الى الاعصاب.

Symptoms can also include deafness, dizziness, tinnitus (ringing or noise in the ear) and disturbances in vision. الاعراض يمكن ان تشمل ايضا الصمم ، والدوخة ، tinnitus (الضوضاء او رنين في الأذن) ، واضطرابات في الرءيه This is caused by increased pressure on the nerves in the head if the condition causes your skull to enlarge. ويعود ذلك الى زيادة في الضغط على الأعصاب في الراس اذا كان شرط الاسباب الخاصة بك لتكبير الجمجمة.

If a bone is affected near a joint (the point of connection between two bones), the condition can also cause arthritis (inflammation of the joint). اذا تصاب العظام مشتركة بالقرب من (وجهة علاقة بين اثنين من العظام) ، وحالة يمكن ان تسبب ايضا التهاب المفاصل (التهاب المشتركة). There may also be bone fractures because of the disease, which may occur for no apparent reason or from very minor injuries. وقد تكون هناك ايضا الكسور العظميه بسبب المرض ، والتي قد تحدث دون اي سبب واضح او من اصابات طفيفة جدا.
