Symptoms of Peptic ulcer Peptic اعراض القرحه

Some people do not experience any symptoms and may not realise they have a peptic ulcer. بعض الناس لا تشهد اي اعراض وقد لا ندرك لها peptic القرحه. Mild symptoms may also be mistaken for indigestion or heartburn. خفيف الاعراض قد تكون ايضا خاطءه لعسر الهضم او الحموضه المعويه.

If you do have symptoms, they may include the following: اذا كنت قد الأعراض ، ويمكن أن تشمل ما يلي :

• Pain, or a burning sensation (similar to indigestion) in the upper abdomen and sometimes the lower chest. الألم ، او احراق ضجه كبيرة (مماثلة لعسر الهضم) في القسم الاعلى من البطن والصدر واحيانا اقل. The pain from a duodenal ulcer can be worse when the stomach is empty and is relieved by eating, but then recurs a few hours afterwards. الألم من قرحة اثني عشرى يمكن ان تكون اسوأ مما هي عند معدته فارغه ويعفى عن طريق الاكل ، ولكن يتكرر بعد ذلك ساعات قليلة بعد ذلك.
• Pain caused by a gastric ulcer is often made worse by eating. الألم الناجم عن قرحة بالجهاز الهضمي ، وكثيرا ما تزداد سوءا من جراء تناول الطعام.
• Difficulty in swallowing or regurgitation (bringing up swallowed food into the mouth). صعوبة في البلع او التقء (تنشئة ابتلع الطعام في فم).
• Bloating, retching and feeling sick, particularly after eating. النفخ ، التهوع والشعور المرضي ، لا سيما بعد ان يفرغ منها.
• Vomiting and nausea الغثيان والقيء
• Loss of appetite and weight loss فقدان الشهيه وفقدان الوزن

Severe ulcers may be very painful and bleed. قد تكون شديدة قرحات مؤلمة جدا وينزف. If you experience any of the following symptoms, you should consult your GP immediately: اذا واجهتك أي من الأعراض التالية ، عليك استشارة طبيبك العمومي على الفور :

• Vomiting blood: if an ulcer bleeds or if the blood is partially digested, the vomit may look like ground coffee. قيء الدم : اذا كان ينزف قرحة او اذا كان الدم هو مهضوم جزئيا ، والقيء قد تبدو مثل البن ارض الواقع.
• Black or tar-like stools, which contain blood from a bleeding ulcer. أسود أو القطران - مثل المقاعد ، والتي تحتوي على الدم ينزف من قرحة.
• Sudden and severe abdominal pains. مفاجئ وحاد في البطن والآلام.

These symptoms can indicate a serious problem. وتشير هذه الاعراض يمكن ان يمثل مشكلة خطيرة. The ulcer may have burrowed through the stomach or duodenal wall, or it may be blocking the path of food trying to leave the stomach. القرحه قد يكون اخترق من خلال جدار المعده او اثني عشرى ، او قد يكون سد السبل يحاولون مغادرة الاغذيه المعده. Sometimes the stomach acid or the ulcer itself breaks a blood vessel in the lining of the stomach or duodenum. في بعض الاحيان حمض المعده او القرحه نفسه الراحة وعاء الدمويه في بطانة المعده او duodenum.
