Diagnosis of Peptic ulcer Peptic تشخيص القرحه

Infection with H. Pylori causes your body to produce antibodies to fight off the infection. العدوى حاء pylori اسباب جسمك لانتاج الاجسام المضاده لقتال الاصابة. These can be detected by taking a blood sample. هذه يمكن اكتشافه عن طريق اخذ عينة الدم.

Peptic ulcers may also be diagnosed by a procedure called a gastroscopy (or upper gastro-intestinal endoscopy). Peptic قرحات ويمكن ايضا تشخيص اجراء الفحص الطبي للمعدة بالمنظار تسمى (أو الاعلى gastro - الامعاء endoscopy). This is when a flexible instrument is passed into the stomach so that the lining can be seen. هذا هو اداة مرنة وعندما تنتقل الى معدته حتى البطانه ويمكن أن ينظر اليه. During the gastroscopy, a small sample of the stomach lining (biopsy) may be taken to look for evidence of H. Pylori infection and check for stomach cancer, which can cause similar symptoms. وخلال الفحص الطبي للمعدة بالمنظار ، عينة صغيرة من بطانة المعده (تحليل) يمكن ان يؤخذ على البحث عن أدلة حاء pylori للتأكد من الاصابة وسرطان المعده ، التي يمكن ان تسبب اعراضا مشابهة.

An X-ray examination (involving a Barium meal) can also be used, but it does not offer the opportunity to take tissue samples. اجراء فحص بالاشعه السينيه (وهذا ينطوي على وجبة الباريوم) يمكن ان تستخدم ايضا ، ولكن لأنها لا تتيح الفرصة لعينات الانسجه.

Alternatively, a breath test may be done. بدلا من ذلك ، نفس الاختبار يمكن ان يتم ذلك. This involves drinking a substance that is normally broken down by H.
