Perforated eardrum مثقب طبلة الاذن

A perforated eardrum is one with a hole in it. أ مثقب طبلة الاذن هو احد مع ثقب فيه. Most perforations occur following infection (otitis media) and heal quickly. معظم ثقب يحدث بعد الاصابة (otitis وسائل الاعلام) وتلتئم بسرعة.

Non-infective perforations often heal quickly without further attention. غير المعديه وكثيرا ما ثقب تلتئم بسرعة ، من دون المزيد من الاهتمام. However, if the middle ear becomes infected, and especially if there is loss of normal middle-ear drainage by the eustachian tube connecting the middle ear to the throat, the perforation tends to persist and requires treatment. ومع ذلك ، اذا كان الاذن الوسطى ويصبح المصابين ، وخاصة اذا كان هناك خسارة العاديه المتوسطة الاذن والصرف الصحي من قبل eustachian الانبوب الذي يربط بين الاذن الوسطى الى الحنجره ، ويميل الى ثقب ما زالت قائمة وتحتاج الى علاج.
