Causes of Perforated eardrum اسباب مثقب طبلة الاذن

The most common cause of perforation is otitis media. الاكثر شيوعا هو سبب ثقب otitis وسائل الاعلام. In this condition, the pressure of pus and the inflammation of the eardrum may destroy a small area of drum tissue and create a hole through which the pus can drain to the outside. في هذه الحاله ، فان الضغط من القيح والالتهاب للطبلة الاذن قد تدمر مساحة صغيرة من طبل وخلق نسيج من خلال ثقب القيح الذي يمكن ان تستنزف الى الخارج.

The drum may also become perforated as a result of direct or indirect injury, such as from an explosion, a fracture of the base of the skull, a slap on the ear or a poke from an object. الاسطوانه قد اصبحت ايضا مثقب نتيجة اصابة مباشرة او غير مباشرة ، من مثل لحصول الانفجار ، من كسر قاعدة الجمجمة ، وصفعه على الاذن او الوخزه من الجسم. Sometimes perforation may result from sudden changes in the external air pressure (barotrauma), or from high water pressure during diving. ثقب في بعض الاحيان قد تنتج عن التغيرات المفاجءه في ضغط الهواء الخارجي (barotrauma) ، او من ارتفاع ضغط المياه اثناء الغطس.
