Treatment of Retinal detachment معالجة الشبكيه مفرزه

Retinal holes or tears can be treated with either lasers or cryotherapy (freezing treatment). دموع او ثقوب الشبكيه يمكن علاجها أما الليزر او cryotherapy (تجميد المعامله). These treatments only require a local anaesthetic as they are not painful procedures. هذه العلاجات المحلية فقط تحتاج الى مخدر كما انها ليست اجراءات مؤلمة. Both treatments work by making the eye create scar tissue that then seals the hole. العلاجات العمل على حد سواء عن طريق جعل العين على خلق نسيج الندبه ان الثقب ثم الاختام. These procedures can often prevent retinal detachment. هذه الاجراءات يمكن في كثير من الاحيان منع مفرزه الشبكيه.

However, if retinal detachment has occurred, the only way of reattaching the retina is with surgery. ولكن ، اذا مفرزه الشبكيه قد حدث ، فإن السبيل الوحيد لاعادة ربط مع الشبكيه هو الجراحه. If the retina is not reattached, a complete loss of vision is almost certain. واذا كان لا معاد ربط الشبكيه ، وفقدان كامل للرؤية من المؤكد تقريبا. Surgery for retinal detachment is usually done under a general anaesthetic, and requires a short stay in hospital (1-2 days). جراحة لفصل الشبكيه عادة ما يكون ذلك تحت مخدر عام ، ويتطلب البقاء في المستشفى قصيرة (1-2 أيام). Scleral buckling is a procedure that involves putting pressure on the retinal detachment from the outside of the white of the eye. Fine bands of silicone rubber or sponge are stitched on, pushing in against the hole in the retina. غرامة عصابات من سيليكون مطاطيه او مخيط على الإسفنج هي التي دفعت في مقابل ثقب في الشبكيه. These bands can be left on the eye, and should not be noticeable after the operation. هذه العصابات يمكن ان يترك على العين ، وينبغي ان لا يكون ملحوظا بعد انتهاء العملية.

Vitrectomy works by removing of the vitreous (jelly-like substance) from the eye, and then replacing it with either air, gas or silicone oil. Vitrectomy يعمل عن طريق ازالة للزجاجي (مثل الهلام - مضمون) من العين ، ثم والاستعاضه عنه سواء الجوية او الغاز او النفط سيليكون. This closes the hole in the retina from the inside. يغلق هذا الثقب في شبكيه العين من الداخل. Tiny stitches are then used to close the wound, which will not need to be removed. الابر صغيرة تستخدم بعد ذلك لاغلاق الجرح ، والتي لن تحتاج الى ازالتها.
