Diagnosis of SARS تشخيص مرض سارس

SARS is currently diagnosed by excluding all other possible causes including standard pneumonia by performing tests such as: تشخيص السارس فى الوقت الراهن من خلال استبعاد جميع الاسباب المحتملة الاخرى بما فيها الالتهاب الرئوى القياسيه عن طريق اداء اختبارات مثل :

• samples of coughed up saliva and mucus (sputum), عينات من اللعاب وساعل حتى مخاط (البلغم) ،
• chest x-rays, الصدر بالاشعه السينيه ،
• and blood tests. وفحص الدم.

A SARS contact is a person who may be at greater risk of developing SARS because of exposure to a suspect or probable case of SARS. أ سارس الاتصال من هو الشخص الذي قد يكون اكثر عرضة للمرض سارس الناميه بسبب التعرض لأحد المشتبه فيهم او حالة محتملة للسارس. Information to date suggests that risky exposures include having cared for, lived with, or having had direct contact with the respiratory secretions, body fluids and/or excretion (eg faeces) of a suspect or probable cases of SARS. معلومات حتى الان تشير الى ان خطر التعرض لها وتشمل الرعايه ، يعيشون مع ، او كان لها اتصال مباشر مع افرازات الجهاز التنفسي ، سوائل الجسم و / أو طرح (على سبيل المثال الغائط) للمشتبه فيه او الحالات المحتملة للسارس.

SARS is also suspected if a person has an unexplained acute respiratory illness and one or more of: سارس ويشتبه ايضا اذا كان الشخص قد غير مبرر التنفسيه الحادة ومرض واحد أو أكثر من :

• close contact with a person who is a suspect or probable case of SARS, على اتصال وثيق مع من هو الشخص المشتبه فيه أو حالة محتملة للسارس ،
• history of travel, to an area with recent local transmission of SARS, تاريخ السفر ، الى منطقة المحلية الاخيرة من انتقال مرض سارس ،
• and they live or lived in an area with recent local transmission of SARS, within 10 days prior to start of symptoms. ويعيشون فيه أو تعيش في منطقة المحلية الاخيرة من انتقال مرض سارس ، في غضون 10 ايام قبل بدء الاعراض.
