Treatment of Scars علاج الجروح

Scars only need to be treated if you feel uncomfortable with the way they look, or if they are painful. ندوب فقط على ضرورة ان تعامل اذا كنت تشعر بالارتياح ازاء الطريقة التي ينظر ، او اذا كانت مؤلمة. Scars cannot be removed completely, but in many cases it is possible to make them less visible. الندبات لا يمكن ازالتها تماما ، ولكن في كثير من الحالات يمكن لجعلها اقل وضوحا. Your GP may refer you to a specialist skin doctor (dermatologist) for treatment. طبيبك العمومي قد احيلكم الى طبيب اختصاصي في الجلد (طبيب الجلديه) للعلاج.

Both men and women can use make up to cover up scars, especially those on the face. الرجال والنساء على السواء يمكن ان تستخدم للتعويض للتغطية على الجروح ، لا سيما على الوجه. Pharmacies sell special camouflage make up, made particularly for covering up scars. بيع الصيدليات الخاصة تشكل التمويه ، ولا سيما بالنسبة للتقدم للتغطية على الجروح.

Creams or supplements containing vitamin E may be helpful in speeding up the healing process and having less visible scars afterwards. الدهون او ملاحق تحتوي على فيتامين ه قد تكون مفيدة في تسريع عملية التئام الجروح والندبات وبعد اقل وضوحا بعد ذلك. Silicon gel sheets are sometimes used to try to reduce the visibility of scars, by flattening and softening them. هلام السيليكون صحائف تستخدم احيانا في محاولة للحد من ندوب وضوح ، عن طريق تسطيح وتخفيف منها. They are available from some pharmacies. وهي متاحة من بعض الصيدليات. Silicon gel sheeting can be used to treat and prevent hypertrophic and keloid scars and is used on healing skin (not open wounds). هلام السيليكون والاغطيه يمكن ان تستخدم لعلاج ومنع متعلق بتضخم بعض أجزاء الجسم والجدره ندوب ويستخدم على شفاء الجلد (وليس جروح مفتوحة). Ask your dermatologist, GP or pharmacist for further advice on using this treatment. اسأل طبيب الجلديه ، GP او الصيدلي لمزيد من المشوره بشأن استخدام هذا العلاج.

Dermatologists may prescribe drugs such as potassium aminobenzoate, to help break down scar tissue. Dermatologists المخدرات قد تفرض مثل البوتاسيوم وaminobenzoate ، للمساعدة على كسر نسيج الندبه. These are often used to treat conditions such as scleroderma that can cause extensive scarring and hardening of the skin. وكثيرا ما تكون هذه تستخدم لعلاج امراض مثل تصلب التي يمكن ان تسبب تصلب وتندب واسعة من الجلد.

Severe acne scars are sometimes removed using laser resurfacing, when the top layer of the skin is gently removed using lasers. ندبات حب الشباب الحاد في بعض الأحيان ازالتها باستخدام الليزر الظهور ، وعند الطبقة العليا من الجلد بلطف هو ازالة باستخدام الليزر.

Sometimes surgery is used to improve the appearance of scars. جراحة في بعض الاحيان يستخدم لتحسين مظهر الندبات.
