Complications of Scars المضاعفات ندوب

Scarring, particular when it involves the face, can have a psychological effect. تندب ، ولا سيما حين يتعلق الامر على وجه ، ويمكن ان يكون له اثر نفسي. People with scars can become depressed because they feel that they are being stared at, and this may mean they don’t want to go outside or see a lot of people. الناس مع ندوب ويمكن ان تصبح من الاكتئاب لأنهم بدأوا يشعرون انهم في stared يجري ، وهذا قد يعني انهم donâ € ™ ر تريد ان تذهب خارج او ان نرى الكثير من الناس.

Abnormal scars sometimes develop, often as a result of an infection in the wound, the loss of a large area of skin, or a serious burn. ندوب وضع الشاذ في بعض الأحيان ، وكثيرا ما تكون نتيجة اصابة في الجرح ، وفقدان مساحة كبيرة من الجلد ، او الحرق خطيرا. They can be itchy, painful and unsightly. ويمكن الحاكه ، ومؤلمة وunsightly.

Keloids are an overgrowth of tissue at the site of a scar. Keloids هي فرط نمو انسجه في موقع ندبه. They grow beyond the site of the original wound and on to normal skin, and may form flaps that dangle or hang off the skin. انها تنمو خارج الموقع الاصلي للجرح وعلى الجلد الى وضعه الطبيعي ، ويمكن ان تشكل اللوحات التي dangle او تعليق من الجلد. Scars in certain parts of the body, such as the lower face, upper back and ears, seem more likely to develop abnormally. ندوب في بعض اجزاء من الجسم ، مثل انخفاض الوجه ، اذان الظهر والأعلى ، ويبدو على الأرجح الى وضع غير عادي.

Hypertrophic scars are large scars that may form when a large area of skin is missing, or if a wound becomes infected. متعلق بتضخم بعض أجزاء الجسم كبيرة ندوب الجراح التي قد تشكل فيه مساحة كبيرة من الجلد هو فى عداد المفقودين ، او اذا كان احد المصابين يصبح الجرح. Unlike keloid scars, they tend to shrink and heal over time, and do not grow out beyond the edges of the original wound. وخلافا للالجدره ندوب ، فإنها تميل الى التقلص وتلتئم بمرور الوقت ، ولا تنمو الى أبعد من حواف الجرح الاصلي. Hypertrophic scars can restrict movement because scar tissue isn’t as stretchy or sensitive as the skin it replaced. متعلق بتضخم بعض أجزاء الجسم ندوب يمكن تقييد الحركة لان انسجه الندبه isnâ € ™ ر كما stretchy او حساسيه الجلد استبدلت.
