Causes of Schizophrenia اسباب الفصام

There have been many theories to try to explain schizophrenia. لقد كان هناك العديد من النظريات في محاولة منهم لتفسير مرض انفصام الشخصيه. The cause is not known, but certain things have been found to be different in people who develop schizophrenia: these include: سبب غير معروف ، لكن هناك بعض الاشياء وقد وجد ان تكون مختلفة من الناس في وضع مرض انفصام الشخصيه : وهذه تشمل :

• The brain structure of people with schizophrenia may be abnormal. هيكل الدماغ للاشخاص الذين يعانون من مرض انفصام الشخصيه قد يكون غير طبيعي.
• Subtle blood flow changes in certain parts of the brain. تغييرات دقيقة تدفق الدم في أجزاء معينة من الدماغ.
• Shortage of certain brain chemical receptor molecules in these parts of the brain. نقص في بعض المواد الكيمياءيه في الدماغ مستقبل الجزيئات في هذه الاجزاء من الدماغ.
• Enlarged lateral ventricles (the fluid-filled spaces in the brain). البطينات الموسع الأفقي (السائل - ملء الفراغات في الدماغ).
• Abnormal nerve pathway connections in part of the brain. الوصلات العصبيه طريقا غير طبيعي في الجزء من المخ.
• There is evidence that, in predisposed people, schizophrenia can be triggered by stressful experiences and possibly by some recreational drugs such as cannabis and cocaine. وثمة أدلة على ان ، مستعد في الناس ، وانفصام الشخصيه يمكن ان تلجأ الى الخبرات المجهده ، وربما من قبل بعض العقاقير الترفيهية ، مثل القنب والكوكايين.
• Studies suggest that it runs in families, but the risk of getting schizophrenia, if a family member has it, is still relatively small. وتشير الدراسات الى ان يدير في الاسر ، الا ان خطر حصول انفصام الشخصيه ، وإذا فقد أحد أفراد الأسرة ، لا يزال صغيرا نسبيا.
