Diagnosis of Schizophrenia تشخيص مرض انفصام الشخصيه

A psychiatrist will diagnose schizophrenia when there is evidence of a profound break in reality manifesting itself in one or more of the following symptoms for several months: طبيب نفساني وسوف تشخيص مرض انفصام الشخصيه عندما يكون هناك دليل على وجود كسر عميق في واقع الأمر يظهر في واحدة أو أكثر من الأعراض التالية لعدة اشهر :

• Thought insertion: the belief that someone is putting thoughts into the person's head. الفكر الادراج : الاعتقاد ان شخصا ما طرح الافكار الى الشخص رأسه.
• Thought broadcasting: the belief that others can hear the person's thoughts as they occur. الفكر البث : الاعتقاد بان الاخرين يمكن ان نستمع الى أفكار الشخص عند حدوثها.
• Feelings of passivity: the belief that the person's thoughts and actions are being controlled by someone else. مشاعر سلبية : الاعتقاد بان الشخص الأفكار والاجراءات التي تسيطر عليها حاليا من قبل شخص آخر.
• Hearing voices commenting on the person's actions. وتعليقا على سماع أصوات الشخص الاجراءات.
• Other delusional beliefs 'out of the blue'. غيرها من المعتقدات الوهميه 'من فراغ'.
• Physical hallucinations: for example that someone is sitting on the person during the night. الهلوسه الماديه : على سبيل المثال الى ان شخصا ما يجلس على شخص أثناء فترة الليل.
