It can sometimes be quite difficult to tell the difference between SAD and other types of depression. ويمكن في بعض الأحيان يكون من الصعوبه بمكان ان نقول للفرق بين الحزن وأنواع أخرى من الاكتئاب. It may not be immediately obvious that the symptoms are linked to changes in the seasons, as people with non-seasonal depression can also have repeated cycles of symptoms worsening and improving, but for different reasons. قد لا يكون من الواضح فورا ان الاعراض ترتبط التغييرات في المواسم ، لأن الناس مع المنظمات غير الموسميه والاكتئاب يمكن ان يكون لها ايضا دورات متكررة من تفاقم الاعراض وتحسين ، ولكن لاسباب مختلفة.

It is therefore important to try to spot the pattern of symptoms always appearing in the winter months, and disappearing in the summer on their own, not as a result of treatment. ولذلك من المهم ان نحاول بقعة نمط الاعراض التي تظهر دائما في اشهر الشتاء ، وتختفي في الصيف لحسابهم الخاص ، وليس نتيجة للعلاج.
