The complications of shingles are: ألواح من المضاعفات هي :

• Persistent pain in the area of the rash, long after the infection has healed (postherpetic neuralgia) استمرار الالم في منطقة الطفح ، بعد فترة طويلة من الاصابة قد تلتئم (postherpetic الألم العصبي)
• Bacterial infection of the rash ; البكتيريا من الطفح ؛
• Scarring, though this is unusual; تندب ، رغم أن هذا أمر غير مألوف ؛
• White patches in the area of the rash (loss of pigment); بقع بيضاء في مجال الطفح (فقدان الصباغ) ؛
• Involvement of the external ear, with occasional damage to the middle and inner ears, giving deafness and vertigo; مشاركة الاذن الخارجية ، مع الاضرار التي لحقت عرضية الاوسط وداخل الاذنين ، مع اعطاء الدوار والصمم ؛
• The Ramsay–Hunt syndrome, which involves ear problems and paralysis of the facial nerve (Bell's palsy) on the same side; وقد ramsayâ € "متلازمه هنت ، التي تنطوي على مشاكل الأذن وشلل الاعصاب من الوجه (شلل العصب الوجهي) على نفس الجانب ؛
• Ulceration and permanent scarring of the surface of the eye (cornea); تقرح وندبات دائمة من مساحة العين (القرنيه) ؛
• Inflammation of some inner parts of the eye(uveitis: iris and ciliary body). التهاب في بعض الأجزاء الداخلية من العين (uveitis : ايريس وciliary الهيءه).
