Prevention of Sick building syndrome الوقايه من متلازمه بناء المرضى

Employers have a legal responsibility to prevent work-related accidents and ill health. ارباب العمل مسؤولية قانونيه لمنع حوادث العمل واعتلال الصحة.

Where SBS is suspected, it should be investigated promptly and systematically, starting with the most likely sources. حيث يشتبه في داءره حدود الدولة ، ينبغي ان يكون التحقيق فيها على الفور وبصورة منتظمة ، بدءا من المرجح أن معظم المصادر. However the causes of SBS may be complex and difficult to identify. غير ان الدائرة أسباب قد تكون معقدة وصعبة لتحديد.

Employers should check the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and correct any faults. وينبغي ان ارباب العمل للتحقق من التدفءه والتهويه وتكييف الهواء ونظم تصحيح أي أخطاء. Temperatures should not be too high or too low or fluctuate rapidly. لا ينبغي ان تكون درجات حرارة مرتفعة جدا او منخفضه للغاية أو تتقلب بسرعة. Ventilation systems should be checked to ensure that they do not take air in from badly positioned sources, so car exhaust fumes, fumes from heating and plumbing systems, toilets and kitchens are not circulated through the building. نظم التهويه وينبغي فحصها للتاكد من انها لا تاخذ في الهواء من مصادر في وضع سيء ، وذلك ادخنه عوادم السيارات ، وادخنه من نظم التدفءه والسباكه ، ودورات المياه والمطابخ التي لم تعمم عن طريق بناء الدولة.

Improving air-flow and ventilation often improves SBS symptoms. - تحسين تدفق الهواء والتهويه وكثيرا ما يحسن اعراض التأمين الصحي الاساسي. Any specific pollutants should be identified and removed if possible. اي ملوثات محددة يجب تحديدها وازالتها ، اذا كان ذلك ممكنا. Air filters can be used or air may need to be vented directly to the outside, especially from smoking rooms, print rooms, copy rooms and other places that contain many chemicals or contaminants. مرشحات الهواء ويمكن استخدام الهواء او قد تكون هناك حاجة الى التنفيس مباشرة الى الخارج ، ولا سيما عن التدخين الغرف ، غرفة الطباعه والنسخ والغرف وغيرها من الاماكن التى تحتوى على العديد من المواد الكيمياءيه او الملوثات. If paints, solvents, pesticides or adhesives are used or stored the area should be very well ventilated. اذا البويات والمذيبات والمبيدات والمواد اللاصقه او استخدام او تخزين المنطقة ينبغي ان تكون تهوية جيدة جدا.

The cleanliness of the carpets and furnishings should also be assessed and dust levels kept low. نظافة السجاد والمفروشات وينبغي ايضا تقييم الغبار وابقاء مستويات منخفضه. Carpets or ceiling tiles that have been damaged by water leaks etc. should be replaced. السقف أو السجاد والبلاط التي تضررت بفعل تسرب المياه وما ينبغي ان يستعاض.

Employers should ask for the views of their staff and their complaints should be investigated. وينبغي ان نسأل اصحاب العمل لموظفيها وجهات النظر وينبغي التحقيق في الشكاوى. The workplace should be organised to maximise comfort. مكان العمل ينبغي أن تكون المنظمه الى اقصى حد من الراحة.
