Diagnosis of Ulcerative colitis تقرحي تشخيص التهاب القولون

Your doctor will do a physical examination if ulcerative colitis is suspected. طبيبك سوف تفعل اذا كان الفحص البدني والتهاب القولون تقرحي يشتبه. Stool specimens may be taken for testing to exclude bacterial infections. عينات البراز يمكن اتخاذها لاختبار لاستبعاد الانتانات الجرثوميه. Blood tests may be done to check for anaemia. اختبارات الدم يمكن ان يتم ذلك للتأكد من فقر الدم.

Your doctor will then arrange for you to have a colonoscopy or a sigmoidoscopy. طبيبك بعد ذلك اتخاذ الترتيبات ليكون لك colonoscopy او sigmoidoscopy. The barium shows up white on the x ray, allowing a clear view of the colon and will show how much of the colon is affected. الباريوم يظهر الابيض على الاشعه السينيه ، مما يتيح رؤية واضحة للكولون وسوف تبين كيف ان الكثير من القولون هي المتضرره.
