Urinary tract infection التهاب المسالك البوليه

The urinary tract is the name given to the group of internal organs that collect, store and remove urine from the body. فان المسالك البوليه هو الاسم المعطى لمجموعة من الاجهزه الداخلية ان جمع وتخزين وازالة البول من الجسم.

The most common part of the urinary tract to get infection is the bladder. الاكثر شيوعا جزء من المسالك البوليه للحصول على الاصابة المثانه. Infection here is called cystitis (see separate article). العدوى هنا يسمي التهاب المثانه (انظر مادة منفصلة). Cystitis is more common in women than men.  It is thought that this is because the tube leading from the bladder to the outside (known as the urethra) is shorter in women than in men. التهاب المثانه أكثر شيوعا عند النساء اكثر من الرجال. انه يعتقد ان السبب في ذلك هو ان الانبوب المءديه من المثانه الى خارج المعروفة باسم (الإحليل) هو اقصر في النساء اكثر من الرجال.

Cystitis in men is often associated with infection and inflammation of the prostate gland (prostatitis). التهاب المثانه لدى الرجال وكثيرا ما يرتبط العدوى والتهاب في غدة البروستات (prostatitis). A urinary infection that involves the urine collecting system of the kidney is called pyelitis. أ البوليه الاصابة التي تنطوي على نظام لجمع البول من الكليه يسمى pyelitis. It has usually spread up the tubes that run from the kidneys to the bladder (the ureters). وقد انتشار عادة حتى الأنابيب التي تمتد من الكلي الى المثانه (الحالب).

When the infection also involves the substance of the kidney, it is called pyelonephritis (see article on Pyelonephritis). عندما الاصابة ينطوي ايضا على مضمون الكليه ، وهي تسمى pyelonephritis (انظر المادة على pyelonephritis).
